Ordered an item 1.5 years ago, there was an issue with the shipping due to the UK stepping out of the EU. This would require extra shipping costs which I answered I was wiling to pay. Had no answer ever since. Already payed for the item, send them a reminder often, but it seems like its always getting ignored.

Received 1 item earlier from them, quality was ok compared to the price. But the service is the main issue with this shop.

I have just received my purchase from Dragonreborn very happy with it great service fast delivery will be using them again.

Fantastic service! I have just read the bad reviews and I don't understand and it mustn't be true. My experience has been great, the owner has always been quick to respond to my emails and the products are super!

I have purchased the Brave heart Claymore which is amazing and the Thor Hammer is excellent too!

I have also got the Captain America shield and it is good but not the same high standard as the other two products.

Overall great service and products!

Ordered a sword which came within only a couple days, email communication and verification was nice and simple and relatively easy. It looks gorgeous and seems to be fairly well made - obviously for the price it's not going to be the best thing in the world but it is still very good!

All these good reviews are just lies I'm a genuine customer well would be if I ever received my sword. No replays via emails or anything sword was due Halloween n now 12 of November avoid at all costs. I'm going to trading standards to report this shambles of a company and if my money doesn't get back to me I will pay a visit to there shop and demand it back

I bought a roman shield and it was appalling. Made from corrugated hardbord, badly painted with gold paper edging around the rim, which was peeling off. When i contacted the owner he said that it was a bad product, but it was the best available. That was a lie. Furthermore, i have never received a refund though i returned it. Dragon Reborn stole £150. Avoid. There are good sellers out there.

Ordered about 2 weeks ago, was an issue that the sword id ordered was out of stock. They offered a £20 discount on ordering an alternative. Managed to get 2 swords which arrived today and look fab. Good communication throughout. Will order again

I recently gave this company a bad review, which I find to be now unjustified. I received my goods by Courier in excellent condition and am very pleased with my purchases. Previously the packaging was inadequate and my goods had arrived badly damaged. It subsequently took 8 weeks to get satisfaction - hence my frustration. Better communication from them on their intentions to satisfy my order would have avoided the first review.

These people are thieves in my opinion. They got my order wrong. Kindly arranged the free return of the item but never refunded the money I paid for my item. When I have called their number and e-mailed them I get no response.

I ordered the swords I wanted (Little adventurer on plaque & Reforged Sword of the King on plaque) on the Sunday and they arrived on the Wednesday...Can't argue with that!

I really could not be happier. Both swords look fab on the wall. There was a very slight problem with one of the plaques but this was sorted immediately by Denis.

I also received a 'One Ring' replica for free and the quality of it is great! Really looks the part (I really wish I could add pics to this review!)

Fantastic experience all round and will definitely be buying from again.

Ordered Glamdring and there was a mix up at first as well as difficulty in communication with various formats however in the end my attempts where not in vain. It seemed like there was never much hope, just a fools, but nonetheless hope was kindled, there is always hope and in the end I give them 5 stars! Them as well as swordsmove. Thank you all so much for the wonderful swords you make and for helping make everything most excellent in the end! I can’t figure out how to give swords move 5 stars but I really mean to! Thank you all so much!!!

Great service had issue with damaged product and Denis sorted problems out in a very professional manner and swift and prompt replacement sent.

Poor communication all round. Bought item showing in stock, 2 days later was sent a tracking number but after 2 weeks still showing as awaiting collection from sender.

Contacted dragon reborn to be told the item was actually out of stock and they could either immediately refund or supply a different item worth more but at the price I had paid. I chose refund and was told would be put through same day.

1 Week later contacted again as no refund made to be told they must have missed it and it would be done straight away, lo and behold another week later and no refund again.

Completely disappointed with the whole situation and as they consistantly break promises I have taken this to PayPal to arrange the refund as I do not think these guys will ever get around so fulfilling their promises.

Ordered an item and for a week the myhermes tracking info was saying "were waiting for your parcel" emailed seller with no response.
Opened a dispute with Paypal and 4 days later the item finally arrived

sword arrived less than 2 weeks ago binding all coming away from sword blade never been out of box - various emails sent from my own email no response - email sent from their web site as well no response also left voicemail on their phone system no response - having to log paypal dispute as item not fit for purpose

I am stuck in limbo, as my sword has not yet arrived..
I have recieved one email saying it would take a week but that was two weeks ago
And have had no luck contacting the telephone number.

Is there another number i could try ?

Brilliant service!! I bought a Christmas gift for my husband (Nazul Ringwraith) and I couldn't be more excited for Christmas to roll around to give it to him. Shipping was relatively fast, no issues at all and really reasonable prices. Really fantastic quality. I would definitely recommend!! X
