High Quality Prints
Had a few questions that were answered via email along with helpful recommendations. Ordered a number of prints to create proxied Blood Angels Bladeguard Veterans. They look fantastic and the print quality is exceptional.
Would love to see different pack size options, but for larger orders they do custom quantities, so can't complain!

Swift and efficient service
Ordered some Primal Hound Reiver heads and armour decorations for my Space Marines. Second time I've ordered from Dragoon Gaming. Again, website store is easy to use and straightforward. Fantastic Overall Experience
Fantastic overall experience compared with other 3D printed parts sellers. The quality is top tier, delivery is fast and they included some extra parts which is fantastic! All this and the pricing is low compared to other sellers and the selection of parts is great. I'm very pleased and will be buying from Dragoon again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a great review. On the back of your previous message, we are in the process of implementing a VAT system for EU orders which should be showing on the website in the next few weeks meaning there should be no surprises during on arrival.
The delivery was excellent
The delivery was excellent, very fast, packaged really really well and all the Products are just as described and undamaged. However I was charged an additional 19 euros at pickup due to customs at the Border. That was unexpected and it would be nice to be warned of that.
Besides that, I am more than thrilled the range of items you offer.

*update. We are in the process of adding an API to the checkout so that we may charge EU tax to reduce these charges in future. This should be live from 1st February.
