I phoned Drainage 2000 as I had a blocked soak away for quite some time and a surveyor advised me to contact an N.A.D.C. Drainage company, which for me was Drainage 2000. From my initial phone call they did absolutely everything they promised, without any fuss or drama. Andy the technician who turned up the next morning in a clean, fully equipped van, was obviously totally knowledgeable with every area of the business and inspired total confidence. Both the work carried out and the advice given were amazing value for money and we would not hesitate to recommend Drainage 2000 Ltd anytime.

Excellent & professional company.
From the initial phone call answered by Kelly who was friendly & professional,we explained our drain problem & she gave us the prices to attend.
We agreed & Kelly said the engineer would call us when on his way.
It was a terrible wet rainy night, & Simon rang us, he arrived in under an hour.
He was in a sign written company van & he was friendly & we had a chat about what had happened & went to look at the drain.
He found the problem & took pictures to show us & also to send to drainage 2000 to see.
We highly recommend Drainage 2000 as we received excellent customer service, we will definitely recommend them to friends & family. Thank you to all of you.

Amazing company. professional. speedy, Simon one of the engineers persevered to unblock the sewage drain, it was really hard labour as a previous drainage rod was stuck down the pipe. Will Need to use this company again to do some refurbishment work and feel confident it will be handled just as good. Thank you to the whole team.

Contacted Drainage 2000 after learning we had a fat blockage in our drains and couldn't sort it ourselves. Laura could not of been more helpful. They went and sorted everything out the same day! And was very reasonably priced.

Drainage 2000 were called in by the Building Company who built our house. The guy who came, Martin, was very professional and found the problem quickly. It meant him climbing into a 3mtr inspection chamber. He solved the problem. Would recommend this company.

Very impressed with the service received. Found everyone to be friendly, efficient and effective from the office staff to the engineer who came out. Before they came out I was made aware of their charges and were very prompt in coming out and completing the task. I also saw that the underground pipe work was in a good condition. Highly recommended!

Great turn around from contacting them, to engineer showing up , fixing the issue , identifying the root cause of the recurrence of the issue and providing reports to provide the developers for the longterm fix.

Contacted them back in 2021 hoping they could fix a long term water problem which was getting into the house.

Nigel came out and proposed a solution which has worked.

The best septic tank emptying service we have ever experienced: courteous, friendly, efficient and cost effective. The job was carried out quickly; no after-smell often associated with an empty tank. We will use no one else in future. Great job.

I was worried that my septic tank was full and overflowing. (Turns out that it wasn't - quite!). Contacted Drainage 2000 in a bit of a 'panic'. They couldn't have been more helpful - the lady in the office was lovely, and the chap that came to the site was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I can thoroughly recommend this company and shall use them again.

We were worried the drain could be blocked but a lovely man came along and told us it was tree roots. He cleared it in no time at all, took all the debris with him, left no mess and all within 20 minutes. Delighted !!!. Would recommend this company.
