They are quick to take your money but very slow and non responsive when you do not receive your items and then stop talking to you in the hope you go away. There phone just rings and nobody answers.

Terrible service
Terrible service, was looking to order item code SA2400 which only weighs 16kg at the price of £53.75 but they want to charge £50.00 for shipping! their customer service was not helpful and said the item is shipped on a pallet which is crazy for an item this light - I cannot recommend this company and will be taking my business elsewhere

I do apologise about the shipping charge on this item, however due the size of the item and the risk of it being damaged in transit our supplier will send this on a pallet to ensure its delivered in good condition which unfortunately costs more than a standard delivery charge.

Ordering process was really easy, however the goods did not arrive when scheduled, I received no communication at all, chased the company twice and eventually my order arrived 6 days late. I suspect the issue may have been more to do with the courier but unfortunately the buck stop with the sellers.

Good service and delivery
Delivery was quick and prompt and all items were well packaged. Delivery price was also reasonable, but can see how the price does increase based on how big some of the items are (3m pipe ect), so can't hold that against then. Would definitely recommend and use again if it is needed. Didn't need to communicate with them, but delivery dates as well as invoice and payment confirmations were all clear to read and received in good time.

Poor Customer Service
My order was downgraded without informing me. The load bearing strength of the replacement parts was significantly less than what I had ordered. To get these replaced took a week causing delays on site and lost earnings.
Following the original delivery when I questioned what had been received I was told my order was correct. It took a further 24 hours for them to send a data sheet where it became obvious this was not true.

Dreadful service
I am a builder with over 30 years in the industry.
I recently placed an order with Drainage Superstore for over £1300 of drainage materials of which £100+ was for delivery. The items started arriving in several separate batches which in itself was awkward but the largest batch with all the pipes, sockets and chambers didn’t arrive. I was sent an email discussing the final delivery and even though I responded straight away no one replied to tell me what was happening. I have had to do all the chasing since to find out what’s going on. It is now over 2 weeks since I paid for the goods and there is still no sign of them.
The communication from DS has been dreadful. They are obviously too big to care when things don’t go right.
Very very poor service.

The delivery was forgotten about and was made over three days
Had one message saying it was coming one day so made arrangements for someone to be there only part of the delivery came the other part of the delivery was scheduled for two days later and turned up the next day so had to reschedule again then the delivery was meant to be an am drop and didn’t arrive till later the schedule day so basically cost me money to have men sat on site to collect a delivery that should have been made in one
I could have understood if it was a large delivery but it was two pipes and a small amount of fittings
