Item missing from order DU043a easy seal…

When ordering a DU043a easy seal manhole cover I expected all parts to be included with the order.
I expected the seal included, not having to order the item separately especially as the product is advertised as
easyseal !

Very sorry to see that you were not happy with the experience. After getting the special price on the lockable lid I thought we had an agreement on going halves on the seal but I am sorry you were disappointed.

I am going to see if I can get the site updated to stress on any of the lids that are not provided with seals as standard it says it on the listings.
