We can offer a comprehensive solution, no matter the scale of your problem. Is your drainage problem more serious than a simple unblocking? Do you need a CCTV survey, or perhaps you need a drain relining to resolve a more serious problem? Whether you are a homeowner or a commercial property owner or tenant, call us for a quote. We are also Safe Contractor and Constructionline accredited. The engineers have DBS checks and we are fully insured.

Avoid like the plague

Avoid like the plague! The person that came was rude and miserable. He charged us £342 for 1 hours work and did not remove the blockage. He constantly moaned at us and did not bring enough water nor the right kit to do the job. Afterwards, we called Anglian Water who gave friendly professional service and cleared the blockage.

We are really sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the service that you received from us and this is certainly not the level of service that we aim to provide on a daily basis.
The office spoke with you on 16/02 regarding the call out, if you had raised your concerns then they would have arranged for another engineer to attend to make good before you made payment.
We are sorry you felt you couldn’t come direct to us & instead left a 1 star review without giving us a chance to attempt to resolve your complaint.
