didnt turn up when booked on 2 occasions. tried to change the price after agreeing fee. report that i paid for looked terribly unprofessional and as it turned out, wasnt accepted by severn trent which held up my builders and i had to arrange a more professional company to come do the job properly. repeatedly ignored phone calls, emails and text messages and didnt get back to me when agreed. God knows how this company is still trading. AVOID at all cost

Called on a Saturday to get an appointment for 6pm the following Monday to clear a blocked drain fed by the Washing machine,kitchen sink and upstairs bathroom.

At 7pm Monday I had to call them to see why they hadn't shown up, only to be told they were busy and would have to rebook the following day.

The following day they also didn't show up again. Won't bother calling them this time, if they can't call to say they are delayed or unable to make it the second time I won't bother.

Sorry I wasted two evenings waiting in.

In 45 minutes, their workman stormed in without any regard for the interior decor, gave us about 30 seconds notice that the first floor bathroom would be flooded with raw sewage, this leaked through to the kitchen in a big way, and the problem was not resolved - for £125 - oh PLUS VAT, that's £150! He told us that we had a collapsed soil stack that would cost £900 to get sorted. We called someone the next day to dig down to the bottom of the stack, and there was no breakage! It turns out that our tenants had used wet wipes which needed unblocking, and this could have been done from the gate in the soil pipe accessible through the ground floor!
