Despite asking for a quote for their base services before scheduling (excluding any extra parts needed of course), they proceeded to overcharge me on the base rate and insisted on payment immediately. When I questioned them, they claimed it was an honest mistake.
I wish the office's bill handling was as transparent and professional as the engineer that did the work. Mustafa was great.

Good Experience
Drake Boilers have been our heating and plumbing support for years, doing boiler maintenance and more.
When experiencing recurring issues, Oliver took the time to suggest a fundamental change in the heating set-up to remedy this. His consultation was well based, knowledgeable and he took the time to address all questions and concerns without pressure. His price for changing the whole heating system was competitive and that, coupled with the trust in his advice and his team's skill and workmanship, got Drake Boilers the job.
The work was carried out to schedule and price. Any snags were addressed with due attention and without delay.
His team work super well, are courteous, punctual, clean and very considerate.
Our house is now heated effectively by a combi boiler and we are glad to have followed Oliver's advice and had his team carry out the change.

From the first contact with Sarah to the completion of our combi boiler installation Oliver, Mustaffa and Luke did a first class job. Drake boilers are a superb company and came across knowledgeable and helpful and we are very pleased with their outstanding workmanship. We have no hesitation in recommending Oliver’s company.
