Straightforward, efficient and friendly!

They are slow in responding when calling. The older man, the owner, is not friendly and acts like it is a bother to do a job. He took my information and said he would talk to his son regarding scheduling. Still waiting for a call to schedule a service. Don’t waste your time with them.

David has been supplier/fitter, service engineer for plumbing and heating. during almost 20 years he has never failed to display a proffesional quality of workmanship. at our former house and current bungalow he has installed two boilers, and various other radiators and the like.

Alex arrives promptly and is always polite and highly professional, informative and extremely knowledgeable. We must have been the installation from hell as I wanted the boiler in a very awkward area, great for me horrid for installer, nothing fazes him. His recommendation to the placement of fixtures etc. was brilliant and aesthetically pleasing. He took care that there was minimum disruption and stayed late to ensure that the install was completed as early as possible. He tidied and took waste away. Would highly recommend Alex.

Once again, Alex of Drake Plumbing & Heating saved the day! This time, we were having problems with the regulation of the shower temperature. This required replacement of the thermostat cartridge, which Alex completed quickly, without fuss or bother. We have used Alex for a few years now and he is always punctual, courteous, very efficient and a most pleasant gentleman to deal with....which is not the case for many traders. I would have no hesitation in giving Alex 5 stars, and would highly recommend Drake for any heating or plumbing work. Alex provides a first class service which never fails to impress.
