In June 2023 I was in London for 1 week trying to find a flat. This was complicated by the fact that I was moving from the US to London in October 2023, so there was virtually nothing available. Mo came to the rescue by promptly responding to my inquiry about a particular flat, and helping me to secure the rental. Mo is very professional and very friendly

We had a great experience with Ben Spanton: we arrived with no experience of letting market and once we stepped in the Fulham agency Ben explained us everything we had to know and arranged us a view of a property that suited perfectly on our needs. Will is one of best agents I have meet in London. He made a perfect plan in advance for the viewing according to our needs, and we had viewed three nice flats in two locations in just one tour. And he printed all the files for us as well, even offered us a lift to the tube station after the viewing. As I said, he is the best!

When I first came to Draker Lettings, the staff were very professional and friendly. George drove me to the property location, no more waiting on the road, patiently answered my questions along the way, such a sincere and detailed communication, really makes me feel at ease. After the viewing, George drove me back to their office. It was really detailed and easy to understand, and I was really touched by his professionalism and responsive attitude.
