Good communication...
Ordered a bottle of whiskey that arrived very quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately, the courier mistreated the package and the bottle was seeping when I received it. Dramante refunded the delivery charge and were very polite and courteous about the whole thing. All in all, a positive experience.
