really good shows but have to pay
really good shows, however, it advertises as "watch entire film for free" but its 10 free episodes then you have to pay.
Update : i have received no additional free episodes and watch 5mins of adverts for 1mim of shows.

Ripped off on my first day of subscription
Today, I just paid for a monthly subscription and came to a point while watching a drama short for the first time, where I was forced to buy coins or not to continue to watch the film. This is not what you presented in your policy.
I am very disappointed to be ripped off like this. I am canceling my subscription now.
I do expect that there will be no billing errors as some other clients have had. I did shut down my phone and power back up, only to have the same experience. Disappointed…

Update on Dramashorts
Previously, I wrote about Dramashorts taking funds out of my account even though I had cancelled my subscription. Well, I received some of my refunds and for 2 of them, they said they didn't end up coming out.
And on top of all that, I just saw that today, they took out another payment. I have asked for a refund straight away. What Dramashorts are doing to me is wrong and corrupt. I hope something can be done to stop this kind of harassment of taking unauthorised funds from my account. If you know of an organisation or department that can stop this, please let me know.

After a detailed review of your case, we discovered that two separate accounts had been created using different email addresses. Because of this, one of the subscriptions remained active and wasn’t included in your original cancellation request. That’s what led to the most recent charge.
We want to assure you that there was absolutely no intention to mislead or overcharge. We value your trust and always aim to provide a fair and transparent service. As soon as we identified the issue, the second subscription has been fully canceled, and a full refund has been issued.
