I love visiting Dr Ramona, she really is so knowledgeable about aesthetics and recommends the treatments best for my skin. She always takes the time to ask questions to gauge the best treatment. It's the
first time I've been somewhere where they haven't rushed me in and out of the door/tried to recommend treatments I don't need. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Ramona was so smily and professional, she had a heated bed so I was so warm and cosy, with a blanket and pillow for extra comfort and warmth.

I had a wonderful Bespoke Facial with Enzyme exfoliation and Oxygen treatment, you can really feel each step work and my skin is glowing!
Whilst my mask was left on Ramona massaged my shoulders hands arms and neck to help me relax even more.
She gave me lots of helpful advice as I break out around my chin and mouth area when hormonal so she really helped me understand how to take care of each problem I have.

I can’t wait to go back again for the same facial I had today and also for other treatments!!

I am a 50 year old man and an aesthetic treatment was absolutely not on my list of things to consider! When Ramona suggested I consider a procedure I was sceptical. I grew up in a sunny country and sun damage has not been great for me and I have a number of wrinkles around my eyes and forehead but I have no interest in having the stereotypical artificial look that I had seen on people. Ramona told me that her approach to treatments are focussed on a natural look and that I would not regret taking the leap.

I was really impressed with the way she assessed me and explained the procedure to me. We agreed on the Jalupro skin booster treatment would be the most affective for me.

I arrived at the clinic and it and was reassured by the high quality clinical environment. Ramona prepared my skin before the treatment and because I an not a fan of needles and she used a cream that made it manageable for me.

The procedure didn’t take too long but she communicated well all the way through and I knew what was happening.

I could see some results immediately but after a few days the real effects started showing and my skin looked so much heathier and years younger.

My family and friends also commented on how my skin looked so healthy. I am pleased that I had the treatment it has been a total confidence booster for me.

It is important to note that there would have been no way that I would have agreed to the treatment if not for the fact that Ramona is a trained medical professional and that her approach is client cantered.

I have already arranged my follow up treatment and I am really happy with the results!

Ramona is a great massage therapist and also a great person. I always had problems with my back, but after visiting her for weeks my back seems to be back to normal. One of the best massages I ever had, I can only recommend her.

Ramona came highly recommended by a friend who had used her services previously. I had a painful shoulder for a few weeks and needed some third party intervention. I was not disappointed - she massaged in the correct spots and the pain eased almost immediately. She also taught me how to stretch correctly. Her room was warm and she had a relaxing oil burner lit, the music calm, and entire atmosphere put one at ease immediately. Was a pleasant experience indeed.

After 4 days walking in Snowdonia I came to see Ramona to release the pain and stiffness in my legs, followed up by a lesson in stretching correctly. Excellent advice and treatment in a relaxing atmosphere ... I'll be back!
