Thank you for understanding our boy

I will always be so grateful to Amy and her team. Amy just got our son Henry. She really understood him, saw him for who he is, and knew how to talk to him in a way that made him feel comfortable and understood. As a mum, there is something incredibly special about seeing someone understand your child in that way. It meant more to me than I can really put into words.
The whole process was completely new to us and, at times, quite emotional, but Amy made it feel so much easier. She was incredibly kind, patient and reassuring, always taking the time to answer our questions and check in on us.
One thing that particularly touched me was that Amy took the time to write Henry a personal letter to help him understand his diagnosis in a way that made sense to him. We honestly couldn't have asked for more. Amy made a huge difference to us as a family.
