They claim that I have entered a wrong shipping address in their shop, which is completely ridiculous. And instead of simply trying to solve this, they cancel the order and take two weeks time to refund my money. This is completely inaceptable. Never again.
Sent package twice it was broken twice.
Unnecessary delay in replacing first package and then second package broken as well.
Unprofessional shipping obviously.
Luckily I paid with Paypal as they tried to string it along for another 5 weeks claiming an investigation by PostNL.So a package that I ordered on Dec 18th that never arrived they would've held out on refunding me until middle of February???
