They looked after me in every step all the way from the beginning till the end.This surgery changed me as a person and for the better and I genuinely am so happy that I went with Dr Arda Pelen, first choice and the best choice wouldn’t of gone to anyone else.

I underwent revision surgery with Dr. Arda. The doctor who performed my initial surgery had done a poor job; my nose was very crooked, and I was having trouble breathing. After searching for a doctor for a long time, I met Dr. Arda. I was very apprehensive because I have thick skin and a problematic nose, but Dr. Arda assured me—based on his expertise—that he could fix it. The surgery went very smoothly, and I experienced no bruising or swelling during my recovery; I even attended a wedding just a few days later. I feel very lucky to have met Dr. Arda. :)

It’s been a year since my revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Arda Pelen, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The very first thing that drew me to him was his work—I completely fell in love with the noses he creates. Every result looked beautifully refined, elegant and incredibly well balanced. After also hearing glowing recommendations from friends and family, I knew he was the surgeon I wanted to trust with my revision. Looking back now, choosing Dr. Pelen was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

From my very first consultation, Dr. Pelen made me feel completely at ease. He genuinely listened to everything I wanted, took the time to understand my vision, and never made me feel rushed. What I appreciated most was how honest and realistic he was. He explained exactly what could be achieved while still making me feel excited and confident about the outcome. He has an incredible eye for aesthetics, and I truly believe his work speaks for itself.

His care didn’t stop after the consultation. I saw him during my consultation, before surgery, after surgery, again on the morning I was discharged from the hospital, and finally at my cast removal appointment. Knowing he was personally involved throughout every stage of the journey made me feel genuinely cared for. He has such a calm, reassuring presence, and I always felt I was in the safest hands.

I also want to give a special mention to his assistant, Ceren. From the very beginning, she was always so kind, friendly and incredibly efficient. I asked plenty of questions throughout the process (I definitely kept her busy!), but she was always quick to reply, reassuring and happy to help, which made the whole experience so much easier. After I had been discharged and returned home, I developed a severe headache and had to return to the hospital. I’d actually experienced the same thing after my first rhinoplasty years earlier, so it seemed to be just how my body reacts. Ceren was amazing throughout. She stayed with me, kept checking on me, made sure I was comfortable, and was such a reassuring presence until I felt well enough to leave. I’m incredibly grateful!

Now, one year later, I am still absolutely obsessed with my nose. It is exactly what I asked for. I didn’t want a subtle or “natural” nose—I wanted a cute, feminine and refined nose that suited my face, and Dr. Pelen understood that perfectly. The size is exactly what I envisioned, the shape is beautiful, my nostrils are perfectly symmetrical, and I have absolutely no breathing difficulties whatsoever.

Revision rhinoplasty is such a big decision, and I couldn’t have chosen a better surgeon. Dr. Arda Pelen is not only exceptionally talented but also honest, attentive and genuinely invested in his patients. His skill, professionalism and genuine care made what could have been a daunting revision experience feel exciting and reassuring from start to finish. Thank you, Dr. Pelen, for giving me exactly what I had hoped for, and thank you to Ceren for making the journey even more comforting with your kindness and support. I recommend Dr. Arda Pelen wholeheartedly to anyone considering rhinoplasty, especially a revision.

Dr. Arda is an amazing surgeon He has done my rhinoplasty as well as my mum’s and my best friend’s and we are all beyond happy with our results.
