Bought the Lindr AS-40 after asking for advice from Tom.
When setting up I was slightly confused about a few things.
I messaged Tom on live chat then had a direct call through FaceTime.

Gave me straight direction of the set up and good advice.

Excellent service from initial purchase to setting up.

Absolutely great supplier and people. Tom was so helpful on the chat as I have a particular set up and wasn’t sure if it would work. Had a chiller for our home bar. Arrived in good time and as said the advice was second to none. Not sure you’d get this from a lot of companies out there.

Ordered a lager keg and stayed I needed an S Coupler however they sent a key keg which we couldn’t use. Although the they collected for a return they still charged me over £48 in delivery costs even though they made the mistake. Won’t be using this company again

Good service! I got a very quick response from the customer support email to let me know items were in stock and what their lead times would be. Once I placed my order I got confirmation, an VAT invoice, and tracking details. The order was shipped on time and actually made it out the next day.

I ordered two machines, they should have arrived on a Thursday. It is now Sunday and they are not here yet.

Over the moon with my machine. I bought the twin tap and have a larger and a bitter on the go.
It pours a pint as good as a pint at your favourite local and is at the perfect temperature.

Service so astonishingly dreadful I'm moved to post the first negative review of my life, 42 years in. If you're looking for an opportunity to be blackmailed into paying extortionate additional delivery fees, this is the company for you. Be prepared for pitiful comms before, during and after. Would highly recommend, however, that you shop elsewhere.
