I am absolutely thrilled with the service Draw A Bath extended to me.
Having used a local bathroom supplier who's service was a shambles, causing me to approach my bank to proceed with a claim/refund.
I was a little wary about ordering the same product again, but Draw A Bath, assured me that there would be no such problem using them.
They were true to their word.

Chris from Draw a Bath has been fantastic, I needed a very specific type of bath with the one identified by different designers being on a very long lead time.

Chris went away and researched different options, coming back with a solution having spoken with relevant suppliers for the different lead times.

In parallel I also ordered two shower trays, and given the longer lead times, had this delivery split so the plumber could progress without being held up.

Overall I have found Draw a Bath to be great at being able to investigate different options and come up with a tailored solution and would highly recommend them to other future customers.

I'd just like to thank Chris at Draw a bath for such great service. I was struggling to find a Villeroy and Boch bath tap. After phoning several place's Chris was the only person who, not only offered to search for it, on my behalf, but when we realised they were out of stock, he promptly found me a perfect alternative.
Chris also kept me up to date with it's arrival.

Very happy using this company for the first time to order a bathtub. We had a complication with our bathroom and so we needed to replace the bathtub, like-for-like. There were a few places where I could have possibly ordered the particular bath needed, but when I called Draw A Bath, they were very helpful in helping me decide if I was able to order this specific bath and what the lead times might be. Luckily there was one in stock in the whole of the UK before I would have to wait up to 6 weeks for another delivery. Draw A Bath was very prompt in placing the order and letting me know when they received it and when it would be delivered. I live on a road near a school with restricted access in the morning, Draw A Bath passed this onto the courier, and my bathtub was delivered when they said it would and extremely well packaged.

Communication is key when it comes to large white goods, and in my opinion, Draw A Bath did a very good job. Thank you!

Called for technical help very quick to answering my questions, however couple of questions they didn't know, were quick to call manufacturers for answers, & got back to me, also pricing of there product very competitive, with this placed my order.
