Wrong Product Shipped — Misleading Shipping Information and $3 Refund Offer
On September 19, 2026, I ordered a "Greek Mythology Art Nouveau Wall Calendar for the Year 2027" from DrawTrace for $29.87, including shipping and tax.
Instead, I received an entirely different product: a Shakespeare calendar.
The seller's shipping information indicated Ireland, yet subsequent correspondence concerning the return of the incorrect merchandise provided an address in Guangzhou, China.
When I contacted the seller, I was asked to provide photographs of the incorrect product and its original plastic packaging. I was then asked to convert my photographs from PNG to JPG format.
Despite having shipped the wrong merchandise, the seller offered me only $3 in compensation.
I ultimately had to file a dispute through PayPal to obtain a refund.
Adding to my concerns, the payment was processed under the merchant name "Elmshroshop," rather than DrawTrace.
I found this entire experience misleading, frustrating, and unnecessarily time-consuming. I would strongly caution prospective customers against ordering from this website.
