Lucas made the process very easy, sorted out the finance, prepped the car, and although there was a mistake when the MOT was not carried out, Lucas was absolutely honest with me and more than made amends. The service was really good, and Lucas was not pushy at all.

Just bought my new car from Drayton motors , as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Charlie.
I explained that I was after a Proceed GT Line S. , Charlie showed me the car I had came to look at , he went over and above to get me what I wanted for my part ex.
Whole process was very simple , I was kept updated along the way , picked up my new car yesterday and it was stunning , kept inside the showroom for the handover due to bad weather and valeted beyond belief as was shining like a new pin.
Very very happy

We spoke to Aaron Davidson on the phone, found him extremely helpful and informed us about the car we were interested in.
We went to the garage and bought the car with no problems whatsoever.

Drayton listens to your requirements and then trys to match them through their group stock of cars.

Myself and my husband Stephen went along to test drive a fiesta yesterday.
From entering the dealership the service was exceptional. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door by Ross, very polite, and offered us a coffee.
Ross was very knowledgeable about the car, and could answer everything we needed to know about the car.
After the test drive my husband had made up his mind up this was the car for him.
So Ross then began the paperwork, and to our surprise we were ably to take the car away with in a couple of hours.
The whole process was very smooth and straightforward, we were offered the usual optional extras, such as the extended service etc, but we decided to decline, and this was not a problem at all.
We’ve been to many dealerships in the past and there’s really a lot of the hard sell to sell other products, and to be honest it was such a refreshing change not to have this pushed on you, customer service goes a long way with me, and Ross gets 10/10 from us!!
Thankyou so much we’ll definitely recommend you to our family and friends.

Chris was a great help buying my used Kia, super helpful, informative and caring.

No pushy Salesman, left to decide what you require in a vehicle and on hand when wanting to know anything about the cars, the products that can be provided, which was handled by Ross very professionally.

Myself and my husband came to look at cars with view for part ex. We were met by Chris with a positive welcome he should us round and gave us options to consider. We couldn’t decided and Chris helped us navigate which one to go for based on our family and finances. He answered a lot of questions we had and spent some hours with us deciding. What made the experience of purchasing our used vehicle after travelling over two hours the dealership was the professional way we were treated by Chris,the vehicle was all ready and very well presented Chris ensured we had hot drinks and sorted all the paperwork quickly and efficiently so the whole experience was from our point stress free so a big thank you to Chris and the team and to add to that we left some house keys but Chris to the rescue had them posted straight off once again going the extra mile for the customer which can be rare but not at this dealership

After searching for months I finally found the car I wanted at Drayton Motors. Due to the travelling distance I couldn't just 'drop in' so Chris sent me video's of everything. When I said yes he arranged everything for me, with no sales pressure or hassle.
Chris kept me informed throughout the whole process, calling and e-mailing regularly. I can't thank Chris and Drayton Motors enough, and definitely recommend them.

I have just sold my car back to Kia, Drayton Motors Swineshead Boston.purchased 2 years ago new. Sold back with 8k on the clock. In excellent condition. One of the best cars I have ever owned. The manager gave me a very fair price even took my personal number plate off and sorted paperwork for me. As soon as the V5 was handed to them the money landed in my account. All round very professional service. Would recommend this garage and manager to anyone. Cheers all at Kia Boston.
