Worst service ever , they sent worst quality cake smallest cake possible . Nothing like from the branded bakery . Flowers were not fresh . No communication from their end about delivery and didn’t even write our message on the card .

Very worst services, I ordered birthday cake for my daughter paid in advance through master card, got confirmation email, evening also I sent reminder email, we waited a lot but no cake and no any communications from drbake. They destroyed our day.

Dont ever use their service where you can’t even complaint about their vendors who sent a cake which was nothing like the photos on their web. Super ugly cake! And the delivery timing is at night where people is ready to sleep!! Disappointed!!

I live in London and needed to order a cake as an Eid gift to my wife's family in Islamabad. I was very impressed with the service- communication, speed of delivery and freshness/accuracy of the cake delivered. Having been to Islamabad before I was very keen to order a cake from Burning Brownie for my relatives and I had not found any other company that offered delivery of cakes from this establishment. I will not hesitate to use them again and can highly recommend

Perfect service. Never disappointed me. I used this service few times & always find it useful & feel recommendable. Quality items in affordable budget as compared to other gift companies. No company is free from mistakes but they always kept me updated. Whenever any issue I mentioned them they resolve in few hours with compensation.

I ordered twice, both cakes were delivered at 10 pm when people were about to sleep! The product was nothing like picture! They were not fresh cakes. I had a message written on it and none of the cakes had the message! Unfortunately I had placed the order for both cakes on the same day. I would never recommend this to anyone in the US to use this website!

Really surprised about the poor reviews on this page. I have been using their service very frequently since a few years to send gifts home (I’m an international customer) and I have not once been disappointed. Even sometimes when the order was placed within 24 hours, they managed to deliver it. Flowers, chocolates, hand written cards, cakes- you name it I’ve tried them all and they are my go to company rather than the other companies (inc some well renowned ones with whom I’ve faced issues). They are easy to get a hold of through WhatsApp as well and polite to interact with. I plan to continue using their services. Keep up the great work and bringing smiles to people’s faces!

The staff are very friendly and approachable as well as this, they deal very effectively with any orders places and negotiate well between customers and themselves.
The food is delivered well, no damages made and is all fresh.

Actual product is nothing like the picture advertised on website (probably photoshopped).Also the chocolates delivered were fake ferrore roche not real.The delivery was on time though and they called in advance to check if i was at home.
