I have so much gratitude for the incredible support and guidance Dr Shamim gave me throughout my GCSEs and A-levels. From the very beginning (over 7 years ago!), his teaching made chemistry feel far less intimidating and much more engaging, and I genuinely do not think I would have achieved the grades I did without his help. I achieved an 8 at GCSE and an A at A-level, which completely changed the direction of my future.

What makes me even more grateful is that those results ultimately helped me pursue dentistry, and I am now graduating as a dentist. Looking back, I can honestly say I would not be in this position today without his support and belief in me during some of the most important academic years of my life.

It’s been a while since I’ve been taught by him but he’s left a mark until this day.

Starting off Chemistry A-Levels, my confidence was very low. I found it difficult to understand the concepts.

Through the teaching of Dr Ahmed, I was able to build my knowledge brick by brick and managed to at last get an A in Chemistry.
