HUGE Scam

What a scam this is. Will definitely check TrustPilot for everything from here on. It doesn't even clean a coffee cup ring from my kitchen counter. You people should be ashamed of yourselves scamming people like this. If I didn't have to pick a star, I wouldn't. You get ZERO stars from me.

Scam product

What a scam and the product doesn’t work. Reverie beware - tricked into some subscription and now trying to get it canceled. Customer support response basically states so sorry…..

Don't buy this!

Here's an update (4/9) on getting a refund. USPS tracking showed product was returned to them on 3/15. 24 days later, not having seen a CC refund, I called and was told they just received it???? Liars. Only then did I get a refund, minus service fee. I don't believe I would have ever received it had I not called and told them I had USPS tracking.

Don't buy this. If there was a zero star rating, this product (if you can even call it that) would have earned it. Kicking myself for not vetting the product beforehand as I normally would. The tablet took forever to dissolve completely, then didn't really budge the grease build up inside my toaster oven/air fryer door/window. Same with the bottom pan.

You should have a zero-star option

You should have a zero-star option.
I ordered through PayPal taking advantage of a reduced shipping cost which was charged correctly in the original invoice. They made my order automatic payment which I had NOT approved and charged ANOTHER invoice for the full shipping amount (on top of the original discounted price). PayPal paid for that also.
As soon as I saw the PayPal receipt I contacted Dr Clean via their contact-us email address to cancel the whole order. This would've been 30mins tops from the original order. They took over two days to answer my email then 2 hours after their answer I got an email saying my order had shipped.
TOTALLY UNETHICAL COMPANY.

Dr Clean = Dr Dupe

I was duped by an ad on YouTube. I bought the product because it was supposed to be safe and would instantly foam away any grime - like on a toilet or oven. I works almost as well as my homemade bathroom cleaner (50/50 isopropyl alcohol/water) but is about 100x the price. There was NO foam and did not clean my toilet or hard water spots. Did NOT clean my oven. Did as good a job on door jambs and doors as plain water. I should have checked reviews first! All education is costly. Now I know better.

Always check Trust Pilot Reviews

I usually go to trust pilot reviews when something new comes on the market that I have never heard of, yet has amazing reviews and sensational before and after photos.
I was going to order anyway thinking that as they offered paypal, I would be able to get my money back if the item wasn't fit for purpose. Then I remembered to check trust pilot reviews and of course, it appears that the item is a scam. Thank you trust pilot and the genuine reviewers for helping us to make better choices.

I started getting skeptical when I saw that filthy bathtub, and some of those pots and pans. Apparently nobody ever cleaned that bathtub! When there are so many products on the shelves that do a very good job, including baking soda.

Dr Clean aka Dr Con

I have never in my life been so disappointed in a product advertised on the internet. The spray and tablets probably cost £2, at the most. I might as well have used tap water and cost me nothing. One star is more than I would give this product. Trading Standards!!where are you. Gullible people like myself conned by lying makers of this rubbish. It ought not be allowed in the country. I have consigned mine to the rubbish bin.

I did try and tell my mum this was a scam product, but she insisted she wanted try it.
Looking at this, it seems I was right, sadly.
It arrived today after a couple of weeks, all the way from America. It’s a cheap plastic spray bottle with no Dr Clean name on it at all. A few individually wrapped tablets….which are probably dissolvable aspirin. It doesn’t work, stick with the supermarket brands or good old soda crystals/white vinegar/bicarb soda etc. Home made things.
These companies need to be stopped. Fraudsters.

1 star is too much for this product

1 star is too much for this product. It is supposed to foam up and it is like spraying water on your surface to clean it. I want to know the actual product they are using on their videos and want That product. This is a waste of money. When you want to get your refund they only send you about 1/2 of what you paid. What a rip!!!
