This is the first time having any treatment done so I was a little apprehensive but from the initial consultation I felt at ease.
On the day of my treatment I was greeted politely and immediately felt at ease again.
I am really pleased with the results too, as I have the subtle change that I’d hoped for and I have my smile back!

Claudia is a very dear friend, however this was this first time I've used her services as a practitioner. She put me at complete ease from the start, explained everything involved and I couldn't be happier with the result. I would definitely recommend her to anyone considering having a mole removed, it was pain free and the results are amazing!

The doctor gave me fantastic advise and wasn't going to let me waste my money on something that wasn't right for me.

I asked Claudia to remove an unsightly cyst from my knee. I was seen promptly and received excellent, friendly, professional service. The procedure was quick and painless. I'm delighted with the result and wish I'd had it done before!

During the appointment Dr Claudia explained clearly the treatment that I would receive and the expectations of the time that it would take to work. She explained that there would be a free check in at the two week marker where a top up would be applied if necessary. Although I was anxious about the needles the treatment did not hurt and the recovery time was really fast. Dr Claudia kept my mind off the treatment during the treatment by chatting with me.

OMG I felt save, knowing I was with someone who totally understood me, was professional caring and made me feel that I could enjoy botox while growing old disgracefully in a natural looking fresh way. Alicia xx

My visit to the surgery which was spotless and inviting was a very pleasant experience. I was quickly put at ease by Kelly and Claudia the treatment was discussed thoroughly, was painless and made a huge improvement. I will be going again after Christmas and can't wait.

Two moles removed quickly and fairly painlessly. Smaller one on my face healed within a week leaving nothing but a small pink ‘stain’ which is barely noticeable. Larger one on back took a few more days but healed well. Very friendly efficient and professional service. I would definitely use again.
