The quality of the jeans are good but the sizing is way off, I ordered a 31 waist and a 32 leg. I’m usually a 29 waist and 32 leg and the jeans were a very tight fit to get on and felt very restrictive and claustrophobic. They also did not fastened around the waist due to them being extremely small, even though I ordered above my size. So if you ever order from these people order your jeans three sizes bigger !!!!!!
Terrible customer service, had 1 response from Anna at customer support a week ago but still haven't had a return label sent after numerous emails asking for one. No answer on their company phone either. Complete joke of a company, avoid.
Do not buy from dr denim. You will not get a refund if you mail back a return. I bought two pairs of jeans. Both didn’t fit (they were white and see through). So I asked for a return label. It took three emails to them to get this return label. I mailed back return . Never received a refund. Emailed six times asking for my refund. Never heard back. DO NOT BUY
I had a good experience with this clothing brand. My order reached me in less than a week and the quality of their jeans is good, I already own two pairs and they are comfy and elegant as hell.
Don't order at Dr. Denim!!!
I returned some itmes and they never gave me my money back. I wrote them serveral e-mails too but they didn't respond!
Do not order from dr. Denim. The site states that a return label is included in the package and returns are easy so I ordered multiple sizes to try on. I've been trying to contact them through the customer service contact form on the website, calling the number in Sweden, and emailing directly to simply get the return label emailed to me which was left out of the package. No one returns emails and there is no answer at the phone number. There is no customer service dept and claims on website are fraudulent.
First of all I order a package with 2 pants and 1 pair of shorts, 2 weeks after it still haven't arrived but it's not like they tell you somethings wrong. No I have to contact them, then they appolegize, give me a so called "refound" and a promo code so that I can get 20% off. First of all the code simple does'nt work, neither does the second, or third they send me. But my money has never been refounded, I do hope I'm gonna see those bucks again some day. I would highly recommend bying thier stuff from other stores.
