Scammers, took all my winnings!
I've completed the welcome offer with them. Wagered bonus 10 times and deposit 5 times only to have all my winnings taken away with a very vauge email saying I suposedly broke terms and conditions. My account was already verified. Cassino who doesn't pay winnings!!! Scammers, they took over 1300e from me!!!

If I could, I would give them 0 stars.
From one day to the next, they decided to close my account due to a business decision, which I can't get further explained by their support team. Every time I contact their live support, there's no help to be found, and they just say that another team is handling the case. They say there's no guarantee that they will reopen my account.
I had an ongoing bet of €100, with a potential win of €600, which I can't expect to get back since, as mentioned, they closed my account due to a business decision.
I've tried several times to contact them via email, as their live support team advises every time because they're completely useless. And even here, I haven't received any response—absolutely nothing.
I don't feel cheated; I feel more like they are stealing from their customers when they suddenly decide to close someone's account while they still have ongoing bets with money they deposited on the site.
I wouldn't recommend this site to my worst enemy, and I hope the owners and thieves behind this site lose everything they own and are dragged to court and locked up where they belong.
