Fast delivery and good quality
It was a nice experience overall, but I had to recreate the design on your platform and it took more time. I gave 4 starts just because you don´t accept a project already made. I mean sometimes when we don t have experience we would like to hear in what type of album our project could be integrated instead of spending time to look for the right one on the platform. I understand from your point of view is easier but for us could be challenging and time consuming. For the rest all went fine, and I receive it on time with good quality. Thank you!

I ordered photos with the 24 hour…
I ordered photos with the 24 hour service on a Friday morning before 11.30, thinking they would arrive on Saturday morning as this was promised in the 24 hour service. However, they arrived on Monday afternoon. I sent an email to ask for a partial refund as I had paid a higher price and ordered from this website because of the 24 hour service but received no reply.

Very disappointed -
Very disappointed. Paid the premium for 24h delivery of photos as I wanted them for Christmas. Made order on the 19th, still says being printed 4 days later, and tomorrow (24th) the pickup point won't be open so ruined my Christmas presentes. Do not charge extra for services you do not provide. what a scam! Don't respond to the complaint or even said anything... Never using again and DO NOT RECOMMEND
