Goes everywhere I go now.

Didn’t expect much, but it's now the first thing I pack when I travel. It’s compact yet provides real neck support. Noticed fewer post-flight headaches. Comfort during travel shouldn’t be underestimated.

Actually supports my spine.

I’ve tried a dozen back support cushions, but this one actually delivers. It hugs the curve of my spine just right. Sitting for long hours is way less punishing now. Solid investment for anyone who works at a desk all day.

In Love

I used to wake up with constant neck tension, but that’s finally changed! It feels like I’m sleeping with way better posture now as well, even on rough days I am resting much easier. I’m genuinely impressed at how much difference the right support makes.

Absolutely LOVE this

Absolutely LOVE this!

I can't comment on other peoples experiences, but this has done my neck and sleep wonders.

The quality is good and overall a solid experience with Dreamers, highly recommend!

Terrible, big scam

Terrible. Ordered 2 pillows. Subpar quality. Emailed to return and they gave me a run around for 3+ weeks. Now 30 day return window is closed. Supposed to be 90 days. Do not buy anything from them. Who knew DreamersGB was a Chinese company? Just awful

WARNING!!

WARNING!!! This is a really bad product, the pillow is not memory foam, it is a brick. The company seems shady as well as I am trying to return this product for almost a week now but they are not responding to my emails or FB messenger for the return details. Also the product is getting shipped from China not where the company is registered.

Scam company that doesn't honor their guarantees.

Ordered a pillow with a 100 night guarantee starting the day I received the pillow. I received the pillow on May 5. The pillow was not great. I woke up with neck and chest pain. Plus the pillow has a terrible chemical smell. I contacted customer service on May 6 to initiate a return based on their requirements. You have to email them to initiate a return. On May 17, I finally heard back and they offered me a replacement pillow, and said if I accept the replacement then I would lose the guarantee. I replied on May 21 and declined the offer and asked to return the pillow for a full refund. I requested the return information. I reached out again on June 10 to follow up since I hadn't heard back. The same day I received a reply saying my return request was outside of the 30 day return window. Even though I was under the 100 night guarantee they're now claiming the guarantee was 30 days. They updated their website to show this but I have a screen shot showing it was in fact 100 days. Regardless, I initiated a return well before 30 days. Customer service was slow to reply which is out of my control. Don't order from this company

Should be 0 stars or less!

Not only is the pillow sub par (very poorly constructed, cheap foam) the 100 night guarantee is a total sham. I've been trying for weeks to return the pillow for a refund. I've received one offer of a more sturdy pillow (which would nullify my guarantee) or 25% back on this pillow... both of which I have rejected. Now they are ghosting me.

Dream pillow - not comfortable

Free trial isn’t correct- you need to keep the packaging to return it within 30 days not 180 trial time. You also have to pay the freight return charges making it unviable for OS customers
