Ordered and was told the delivery team would take it upstairs. On arrival the delivery time were asking for an extra £20 to take it up! They asked for proof of being told they’d take it upstairs, showed them and their excuse was that the message was from another person (it wasn’t this is who I placed the order through). We said ‘take it back then’ and they then demanded we pay the delivery fee and ‘we’re not leaving until we get it’.
Whole thing is just dodgy asf!

They said guaranteed delivery before Christmas and I might not have it for Easter the brainless idiots

Ordered a single bed, absolutely shocking, had a hole in the base, very very poor communication, only did I get a reply when I said I am contacting trading standards. They said a new base would be delivered this morning, they now say a replacement will be sent Sunday, I have told them to collect the bed and give Mey money back. Absolutely disgraceful

Sofa feels like sitting on concrete. They claim the cushions are memory foam which I’m pretty sure is nonsense, fobbed me off with ‘they will soften up’ etc and were completely unwilling to try and find a solution. Very dodgy outfit! I would advise not going near them.

Terrible SCAMING company... STAY AWAY. INSISTED OF WANTING CASH ON DELIVERY. DELIVERED THE WRONG PRODUCT. WHEN ASKED FOR REFUND REFUSED TO ANSWER THE PHONE. CURRENTLY POLICE HAVE BEEN INFORMED, AND THE MATTER IS BEING DEALT. COURT PROCEEDINGS HAVE BEGUN TO RECOVER MY MONEY.

Dirty no good scamming scumbags! Brought items from these, some showed up, requested refund from them ignored, reported to police and an ongoing investigation continues.

Do not make the mistake others have made by buying items from these low life pieces of scum

Do not buy from this company I bought Electric Scooter that didn’t work and they said they was going to replace it a few day it come to the day they were supposed to replace and they never I called them they was telling me to throw it in the bin and that I’d have to pay. Another £500 for a new one what a joke then they had someone else on the phone saying they couldn’t speak English just lying nothing about scammers

Most useless company I've ever dealt with - I ordered an electric scooter which was faulty, the key wouldn't work and couldn't turn on - I spoke to a manager which said to call a number for delivery team which none of them spoke English I asked at least a million times if I could send it back and get a refund and they kept trying to get a replacement for me which I kept saying I didn't want. All my emails and messages were being ignored, when I kept calling I was told for over a week a delivery driver was coming to collect it but they never came - A week later after talking to their assistant everyday telling me someone was coming, the manager just decided to tell me they can't return it for a refund because I don't have the box, when before they said it was fine without. And it states on their website 100% money back guarantee if not completely satisfied.

I just had enough in the end and just took it to a helpful store where they were able to help. Their customer service was an absolute joke, never experienced such a useless company and I hope never top deal with them again. I'd much rather lose money than waste time with these ever again.
