I ordered a bed on Thursday 27th August…
I ordered a bed on Thursday 27th August and on Saturday I received the delivery. When I open the 1st box the colour was different. So I contacted them and was advised to open the headboard box too. Which I opened it and was the right colour. I contacted them over the phone and send email along with all the photos. I was surprised that the person who was responding to my email is not colour blind but literally blind. The colours has huge difference but the madam is telling me that it might be because of light shade. I put both parts next to each other and took photo and still they not accepting that it's different colours. Now I am taking it to relevant authorities to take action. Very good - I emailed DHS customer service after a delay with the courier; they expedited the delivery which then arrived the next day at 8am on a Saturday from a local courier firm who did a great job. Very happy with the quality of the furniture (two wardrobes) for the price - it is noticeably better quality than other flatpack furniture I've bought.

From start to finish couldn’t fault the service. Both Dream Home Store and the delivery service were great. I bought the ottoman single for my daughter’s bedroom. Ordered Thursday night arrived Saturday at 2pm. Confirmation call day before to confirm delivery. Delivery man, Davis, was extremely efficient, carried the bed into the house as requested. Bed was extremely easy to assemble, managed it all on my own, easy to follow instructions, all parts/screws were there but also received a bag of spare screws which is handy just incase. Bed is amazing and daughters super happy. 😊 thank you. X
