Where do I start?
Dreamlightyou is a complete scam. After the back and forth with them the most they're willing to give you is 30% refund and wants you to keep the trash that they send you. I was so angry at first and then I had to come to the realization that it is my fault for not doing my research on them. I hope this company gets shut down soon and all the money they scammed from people...they themselves will lose 10 times over.

The quality was absolutely terrible! I would never be able to wear them, or even alter them to fit! They are cheap and nasty! Sizing is completely off too!!

They also don’t offer refunds! Only 30% and to keep their bad quality product 😅 which is only good for the bin!

Absolute disgrace!

They don't even deserve stars. I contacted them before I order to make sure I would have my dresses with expedited shipping. My shipping was not expedited. I needed these dresses for my birthday and received one month after my birthday. Still haven't seen the second dress. On top of it coming late it wasn't even the dress I ordered. When I sent them pictures they said keep the dress and we'll give you 10% refund back. They must be out their mind. They sent me the wrong dress and think I'm going to pay for returned ship[ping. Wait for it. I wish I could post the pictures.

Order a silver romper in the beginning of May for an event on May 14th… I just received my package June 19th and it’s a white fringe dress with feathers… the ugliest thing‼️ I’ve sent the pictures and the tag information waiting on a reply… will update with the resolution

100% Scam please do not buy from this company. It took over a month to get my dress I ordered on April 21 to wear on my birthday May 14th I received the dress on June 3rd. It's NOTHING LIJE THE PICTURE. I am so upset I work very hard for my money for these people to make a fake site and scam people.

As expected the dress does not look like the picture at all. Its not even the dress I ordered. I am also still waiting for the second dress I ordered and the golden
heels. I even paid more for fast delivery and it took you guys 30 days to send only ONE dress instead of everything.

I ordered a dress that from the photos on the site looked beautiful and instead they sent me a horrible thing! the dress is very different from what I ordered, very bad quality fabric! I sent an email asking for a refund and now they don't even answer me. Bad experience, I hope they will be reported for scam!

Do not order from this company. I ordered a dress. The dress took almost two months to arrived. When I opened my package the dress is nothing like on the website. They also sent me a damaged dress. What the hell can i do with a damaged dress??? The dress is so ugly and they refused to let me return it and get my full refund. I hate wasting money. I will never order from them again. Wicked Company

Do not buy from this company I waited 2 months and it came defective I tried to cancel the next day and they made it impossible to cancel the order now the refuse to give me a credit this is 4 months later I’ve been going back and forth with this company very bad business They are refusing to give me a credit I have sent all the proof pictures but still they continue to prolong the credit I’m so disappointed at this company

Emailed them several times. Never got back to me. As I’ve had an email saying it’s been dispatched but it’s been 2 months and it’s not here. So very disappointed and would never recommend ordering from here!

Never order from them. They send out the totally wrong dress. Not even close to what was ordered. Very cheap material. Had to place claim through my bank to get my refund as they refused to give it back.

I'm not usually one to complain about online shopping as I do it so often and throw away money left, right and center, but this... This here is utterly disgustingly unacceptable!
Pics of the dress I ordered compared to the dress I purchased. Where is the logic in that? How do you mistaken a snake dress for a sequins dress? Not to mention the garbage poor quality it has been made.
When I contacted customer service, "Angelique and Sugar" insultingly offers me to keep the ugly dress and a 10% refund? I refused. Then they offered me a 20% refund. I refused, demanding a full refund. And their best offer was a 30% refund. They said to me that they will not refund me until they received the returned product and that will take a long time. How disrespectful! The mistake was made on their end and they wanted me to go out of pocket? Nah! Luckily for PayPal, I had buyers protection. So my recommendation is DO NOT BUY FROM Dreamlightspiritshop ! SCAM and they have done this to several women via the online shopping platform. Take your business elsewhere. This company plays games and comes with headaches. Also doesn't send out the correct dress you purchased. Instead of the $200 dress you paid for, you will get a $10 dress in the mail.

OMG! Please NEVER Order from this website! Absolute scam! The dresses on their website vs the dress they send is complete OPPOSITE! They’re refusing to refund me aswell. Very passive aggressive with their emails too. Will be reporting them to consumers right!

Absolutely terrible company. Ordered 2 dresses and they sent me dresses that look NOTHING like the images on the website. Cheap material, completely different designs. They will also REFUSE to give you a refund or provide a return address to send the items back. FRAUD!
I am disputing this with PayPal to obtain a refund because there is no WAY I am being conned for $200.

Oh my God I order a dress for my birthday for $98 dollar it come nothing like what I order totally different dress I order a short sleeve dress I got a long sleeve dress with all the back and the front is out poorly make but I am going to dispute it with my bank because this is ridiculous we need to report this company this is fraud
