I feel obligated to share my story and experience with dreamparts store. So people will not make the same mistake. At first sight it looks like a french company. But on google maps you will not find them and on the creditcard they state rennes fra. But they actually from thailand. Nothing wrong with it. I believe the parts can be genuine oem.
As they act like from france (even with the creditcard details) you would expect they will obligate to the european law with the customer right to refund within 14 days. However they made their own rules and they feel not obligated to this. This was a similiar case(review) in 2022, and its still today. So no improvement on this from this company whatsoever.
I ordered on 25 april (with parts in stock according to the site)
28 april i cancelled the ordered. 02 may they replied that its not possible due to international shipping (pretty patty excuse). On 05 may received a confirmation mail that the order has been shipped (so bare in mind that the "shipping within 1 day" is not true).
I was bit suprised as i already asked if it was shipped on 02may but no response on this.
When i asked on 05 of may why it was still shipped. The reply (second excuse) that it was on backorder (altho on their site it was on stock) and i should behave like an adult. Clearly this company felt pressured and couldnt stay professional any more.
I have all the screenshots from the emails and maybe should post it on reddit for the transparency. So its not only my side of the story

Very good prices, very good range of products and the communication was great from start to finish.

I had some questions after too and they responded promptly.

Would highly recommend.

Postage is aways good tracking as soon as possible, never been damaged.

I order a handmade xmax 125 2021 flat seat and its perfect 👌 well made her order other parts for my honda forza 125.

This company has a lot of very good looking parts to maintain or modify a motorcycle. I ordered two different parts. One was delivered in under 6 days which surprised me coming from Thailand.
My second order was shipped at September 18th but is now lost with Dutch Postal Services (PostNL). I hope Dreamparts.store will request PostNL to do a search. Not many hopes for getting my order found. I guess Dutch PostNL did a search and after 12 days my parcel was found and delivered. Parts look great and fit perfectly.

04/06/25 I Place order & pay for Morin Racing Oil Cooler. & Hurricane Air Filter. As Dreamparts Implied 10/12 Day Delivery.
From 16/06/25 on I Request several times Via Info @ & Contact @ Dreamparts for update on shipping my order, All ignored until July 3rd I get a WhatsApp Message from Julien - 'We are Out of stock of Aluminium radiator, our supplier has it in red or blue'.
I accept Blue, as been Waiting a Month Now, & I request Prompt Shipping, this Does Not Happen. I make several more request for update, then Julien messages stating Quote :- 'The manufacturer is preparing the set (assemble the hose, and will ship it out to us this week. We will keep you up dated'.
This Bullshit caused my cancellation of the order. Implying Morin are making a kit up special for me !!! I had to go to my bank to retrieve my funds. on 14th July.2025.
I then bought my Morin Oil Cooler Kit from Auto Seven Star in the U.S.A. & it Arrived in 9 days

The seat arrived on time and exactly as requested.All requests for personalisation were fulfilled. Excellent 5-star service!

Great service (even bilingual) and great product.
Was able to have it customized with little-to-no run-around. Finished item was quickly shipped and I've been using it for almost a year now; BIG upgrade to the stock seat.
10/10 would go to them first when looking for further motorcycle upgrades/accessories.

What a company to deal with and a pleasure ordered a set of crash bars for my froza special edition shipped to the UK within the time frame they said it would its a shame some of the uk seller's can't post items out on time just placed my second order with dream parts definitely will be a regular customer loved the packet of biscuits too was a nice touch

Having a little honda dax 125 in Europe is a blessing, but when we need accessories, in Europe there none. This is where amazing shops like dreamparts store come in to save the day.
I've ordered a bikers rack for my Dax. The rack is beautiful! So beautiful I'm actually sorry I'll install a topbox on top of it.
The customs service in Portugal can be picky and the staff was kind enough to send me the invoice they used when they sent it to my country. Shipment and delivery was pretty fast, taking in account the customs! And the care for the costumer still goes on when I opened the box. A kind surprise with a sticker and some extra goods in the box. I'll buy again from this store!

Store based in Hong Kong but presents itself as being from Belgium.
They have never answered any of my emails nor I have received my order.
Money lost.

I ordered footrests for ADV 350, the shipping was very quick and I received my items in Croatia after only 7 days.
I had some questions about the items and they replied very quickly to all my questions on whatsapp.
The footrests are very good and I am very happy how they look on my bike.
