Still waiting for my order 6 weeks later

Prompted to write this given the reviews below which echo the experience I’ve had. I’m still waiting for my order which I placed on the 14th January.

Since then I’ve had several delivery dates that haven’t materialised followed by complete silence when I’ve followed up.

Looked like a lovely company to use but now will have to contact my credit card company to recoup the money.

Top quality products and service

Ordered a quartz kitchen from Dream Stone and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Within 2 days of ordering Zac and his team came out to template and 3 days later they were back to fit it. 5 days turnaround is incredible! The quartz was finished with precision, fitted to a high standard and has made a huge improvement to my kitchen. Top quality products and service, I would highly recommend Zac and Dream Stone

Excellent service and workmanship

Excellent service from start to finish. Communication was clear and professional throughout, and they were really helpful in guiding me to the right material to achieve the best final look. The quality of the stonework on both the hearth and kitchen tops is outstanding and speaks for itself. Very high standard of workmanship. Highly recommend.

**Utterly Incompetent and Dishonest

**Utterly Incompetent and Dishonest. Do Not Use**

This is without question one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I ordered a hearth with a quoted delivery time of 7–9 working days. Weeks later, I am still waiting, with no product and no truthful explanation.

Like several other reviewers, I was repeatedly told my order was sitting at a “delivery hub in Birmingham.” This was a lie. When I contacted the courier directly, they confirmed the item is not at their hub and that there is no delivery registered for my address at all. The delivery updates I was given were simply fabricated.

Communication from this company is appalling. Emails are ignored or filled with vague, evasive responses that provide no real information. The mobile number they advertise is never answered and may as well not exist. On the rare occasions someone does respond, they give delivery dates that never materialise again and again.

Because of these repeated false promises, I have taken multiple days off work waiting for deliveries that never happened, costing me money and pushing my project back by more than three weeks. There has been no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to put things right, just excuses and silence.

This company is unreliable, dishonest, and thoroughly unprofessional. They cannot be trusted to deliver orders or to tell the truth about where your money or goods are. If you value your time, your money or your sanity, avoid this company at all costs. I would not recommend them under any circumstances.

Where is my order

Update: It's almost a month since Dream Stone Store claimed my order had been dispatched but refused to provide courier details. They've now come back to me with the highly implausible claim that the pallet company hadn't been able to deliver on time - so instead of delivering late, they decided to 'return it to the delivery hub' and decide not to deliver at all. If they genuinely are working with such an incompetent pallet company then I'd advise potential customers to steer well clear as you wont be receiving your order within 7-9 days, in fact you wont receive it at all.
I'm now waiting for them to refund me through the chargeback I opened. Shocking service and even worse excuses from Dream Stone Store who've wasted a month of my time and money.

Ordered from Dream Stone Store 4th December, with delivery advertised as 7-9 working days. I contacted them after receiving an email on 15th December claiming the order has been dispatched, and asked what day it would be here so I could arrange to work from home. I received a reply two days later saying it would be late, but no later than the Friday.
I explained that I wouldnt be here the following week so hopefully that advice was correct. It's now 22nd December and there's no signs of it. Dream Stone Store closed for Christmas 18th December so I contacted them again ahead of that, reiterating that I was going away Xmas week and asked for the courier name and consignment number so I could chase it up with them if there were any issues after Dream Stone Store closed, or even arrange to collect it. They then moved the goalposts again and said it would be there by Monday - when I'd already said I wouldn't be around to receive it!
They said it wasn't trackable and didnt provide the courier name, which didnt make sense as they had managed to chase it up with the courier themselves so there must be some kind of identifier on the consignment. I again asked for the courier details, but they stopped replying and I can't get hold of them now. It's a week now since Dream Stone Store claimed my order has been dispatched. Either they're lying or their courier is beyond unreliable.
As a result of their poor service, I've had to cancel the short break I had booked with my child in the hope it turns up today, because I need to complete the project I bought it for before Christmas day. I saved long and hard to make this purchase and put my trust in Dream Stone Store to deliver. It might not be a lot of money to them, or mean anything to them to let one customer down, but to me its meant a huge loss of money on the break I cancelled and complete loss of faith in the company. Really sad know this is how they treat people who place trust and money in them.
