It's been down for two hours now. I can't even go to my cPanel, WHM, WHMCS, Front page on my own functions. This is unacceptable.
How am I supposed to sell stuff, if people can't even reach my page?
And this is not the first time.
Even after first payment, the payment didn't go through, and the invoice didn't accept it. After a whole night waiting (about 5 hours), I finally got to communicate with the staff. Is this supposed to be a professional company?
So, it's not 24/7 support, even as promised.
I'm still waiting for the host to establish a connection again, so I can request a refund, because this is unacceptable.
They should change their slogan to "No-quality and unreliable hosting". I'm not sure if I followed the template, as I can't access their pages.
I do NOT recommend this company to anyone, and I really hope it goes down in the future.
