Warning to Potential Clients and Workers about Dream Build Group
I strongly advise caution when dealing with Dream Build Group. Based on personal experience, this company delivers poor-quality work and consistently fails to pay workers for completed jobs. Payments are repeatedly promised but never fulfilled, with excuses given on a daily basis. Eventually, all communication—calls and messages—is ignored entirely.
For your own protection, I recommend avoiding hiring or engaging in any business with this company.
We were hired by Dream The Build Group to carry out work, which we completed professionally and on time. Unfortunately, we were never paid for our services. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, we were told by Mr. Catalin Opris and his solicitor, Colin A Ward from AVC Debt Recovery, that they were unwilling to pay and even stated, "you guys are a fool if you try to go to court."
We now have a court order against them due to non-payment. We have since discovered that other contractors have had similar experiences with this company — reports of non-payment and delayed communication appear to be a pattern.
Contractors and clients alike should proceed with extreme caution. We strongly advise doing thorough due diligence before working with this company.
