Won 5k on the big bass 1000 but apparently not allowed to withdraw because I was new and it was the bonus for new players. Played it on well known good games got absolutely 0 no bonuses no nothing. Won't play again worst site ever

Seen dream vegas advertised multiple times and seen they had a welcome bonus offer with free spins so thought I'd give them a go. Clicked on the link stating the bonuses and on there website clicked through the offer but never recieved it, contacted customer service and apparently I didn't tick the box on the deposit page stating I wanted the welcome offer every though I clicked on the offer on the page that takes you to the deposit page. Apparently they can't do anything about it!!!.... we'll I can, I can take my custom elsewhere!. Thankfully I won a little so i was able to withdrawal the same amount as I deposited. So at least I dont lose out, they just lose me as a customer. Hopefully my withdrawal is paid out but reading the reviews that seems to a complete pain for some. Like others say.......Stay away!!!!

Put £500 in and won £1000. Made my withdrawal and still pending. They said today that it will take another 48 hours as it’s my first withdrawal. They said they do extra checks. This is bull as no other site do. Also why don’t they do checks before we can deposit.

My opinions on this site have been up and down the games paid out but the withdrawal process was really bad but they always paid it into my account no questions asked which was good but eventually after a few wins that's it they draw you in with a few good bonuses but then after that they disappear and the wins disappear then they dead spin you till your money's gone being on this site really has showed me how much I really should quit gambling it's not worth it it's one the worst addictions to have and sites like this take advantage of that they email you and send you messages and offer spins to get you into it and when you do they take it straight of you not to mention the lowest you can deposit is £20 and withdraw is £20 to me I find that odd but in the end the only person winning is them just stop gambling guys it's not worth it if you can't afford it don't do it because they'll take it.

Won't pay my winnings saying its under review going on 19 days, asking for same documents multiple times basically a stall tactic, I don't think they want to pay

Avoid this casino. You win, then you get an email stating you are a "Risk" they cancel your winnings and refund your deposit.

Warning total scam they let you play for as much as you loose my one was £2900 then as soon as you win which only £600 they block your account ask for thousands documents I had to send them my join mortgage documents and each time you have to wait 14 working days for response so I am now waiting around 3 months still haven’t got my money so my advice get away from all white hat gaming sites

Honestly nothing wrong with the app, had a look at the reviews, seen some bad reviews about withdrawal, so only put 20 on 200 pound later and next day it was in my bank just give it 24hrs my ppl LOL

I had issues with dream Vegas casino and thought I never get my money of £40 and going on live chat today and lovely frank who was very helpful and told me that he will deal with it and what he did was good because on checking my bank the money was there so quick but it was a long delay getting it from April 16th I got it and frank a nice chat host very helpful this what we need you know helpful honest chat host and pay out when we ask for our withdrawal I seen bad reviews all that got to do is fix the problem and you won't get an unhappy customer do something about the games as well something is not right with the games and constantly spinning and you get no bonus !

Signed up a few days ago, made a few deposits and won £90 made a withdrawal request, days later received and email saying it had failed and to provide evidence of my bank which i did and im still waiting for a response, after reading most of the reviews im not hopeful i will get my winnings

I signed up to dream vegas as it had a good selection of games and more importantly roulette wheels.

I am quite a big spend per spin kind of player so deposited £2000 and went on to a nice £5725 to withdraw after a couple of losses being above £6000.

Witdrawals are the only thing I did not like. Having to send forms and documents is LONG. Had to wait 8 days for my money. But unlike other reviews it was paid as soon as processed.

Fair review 3 stars as my only other issue is that the live chat is 100% a BOT, there is no way its a person on live chat.

Please avoid this site, don’t make the same mistake as me!

I am so annoyed at myself for not checking the reviews for here first and getting caught out by this company - I hope this review stops even 1 other person going through what I have!

I signed up early April, I bet by depositing a couple hundred £, then withdrawing any winnings and re-depositing, this is how I manage how much I spend to make sure I don’t go over my limit.

All in all, I put in just over £1200 and requested withdrawals of just over £1500.

Withdrawals were not processed.

They asked for documents, I sent them. They said they weren’t accepted & to send more.
Which I did.
They even asked me to send my marriage certificate?!
I realised after going back through my transactions that the card they asked for a photo of was NEVER used to deposit with dream vegas so I can only assume they own other sites and share information.

I now feel absolutely sick to my stomach knowing that not only am I £1.5k out of pocket, but that they have SO MANY personal documents and I have no idea what they will do with them.

Please please please do not use this site.

AVOID THIS SITE. You have been warned. Started off mid, had a few bonuses that didn't really take me above my deposit amount, but still ups and downs. After day 3 it was like it switched off completely and wasn't random. Every and I mean EVERY slot bonus paid under £5 on a 40p bet, I spent around £400, didn't get a win above £5, multiple games played and bonuses achieved. I was hitting 3p in some bonuses and screaming at my phone. It seems these are scam artists and unregulated, I would avoid completely. Keep away worst casino to join not one win or bonus in slots since I joined honestly please don't waste your money. They are not customer friendly at all.

*HONEST REVIEW* So far the casino site is very well laid out in comparison to other sites, a nice range of games also. I have submitted a withdrawal of £300, after seeing some of the reviews on here it’s leaving me a little concerned, if processed by tomorrow that’ll deem the stars to go up or down if not.
