Signed up & deposited only £30, it gave me £30 bonus funds also. Upon playing it said my £30 cash would be used first, I ended up winning £370 with my £30 cash, cashed out which has been under review for a few days now. To then receive a email to say I have been suspended from bonuses & promotions and this applied to all there partnered companies. Not sure why as the most I betted was £2 a spin. Not sure if I will receive my winnings or not? I will give it another 2 days and then will be contacting gambling commissions. Not sure why I’ve been suspended when I haven’t done anything but deposit & play with my £30 , won’t be using this site again as the wait time for withdrawal is ridiculous and seeing all the other reviews I’m not the only one to have issues getting my winnings

I literally just had my account banned and closed just after making a deposit. I guess that is how they make a profit. Great way to go into xmas...

Well believe me this isn’t a fake review I’m pleased to say that it has been paid so I changed it to 5stars I wasn’t messed about but I will say deposit with no bonus then you can’t be held up by bonus and wagering terms which I think mess a lot of people up I’m a happy customer thank you

Do not use this site , it is appalling

If I could give nothing I would it’s exactly how people say it is. Jerking reels blank spins. 12.50 I had played 10p on big bass splash and not one bonus about 150 spins.
You would never ever win on this sight not even a pound. It’s as it is trouble.

It's baffling how this company is allowed to operate. I've played comparable games with comparable funds across different sites. With Dream Vegas it's virtually impossible to get to a point exceeding your deposit. I have to believe this is a scam site.

I've just read the good and bad reviews of withdrawals with this company. I'm waiting, albeit only 3 days so far for 2 wins, but in my long experience with these companies complain to the Gaming Commision after 7 days rather than rely on their procedures, it's what they're there for!
I will update in due course.
21/10/2023. Have received my 2 payments, total amount expected. Delay was my fault for not uploading required proof of identity straight away.

I currently work for a team of scam trackers. We have looked into dream Vegas for some time now after many complaints from customers we decided to look into this company.
Many customers have complained of withdrawal issues alongside live chat when any issue is brought up.

We tested these issues and here are our findings:
1. Live chat: if you try to talk to a live chat.. It is a bot not a real person the system is designed to pick out words and respond to that.
Sometimes the bot will completely cut the chat and/or not let the customer respond.
2. The withdrawal system is based on a wager, the company will promise a free deposited bonus if you play, however you will never meet the requirements for the wager (so they say in live chat)
3.the ID system will not approve one of the 2 documents you need to make a withdrawal.
In our opinion this is a way of keeping funds and hoping you will give up on any withdrawal you have made.

To finish off my team has tryed many accounts and many ways of testing this.

Please customers go with a reputable company and do not fall for any bonus that websites may offer.

This company will not ever pay you your withdrawal.. They will constantly cut you off from live chat and not send it when you ask

Scam company.
They will take you deposit and when you withdraw they will make excuses to not pay you..
Do not go here

I had a really good experience on Dreamvegas. Deposited £20 - withdrew £70 / in my bank following day.

excluded me for 5 years stating that I'm spending to much money and worried about my affordability from only playing one game and winning 1500 pounds, just seems like poor excuse and unnecessary action, wouldn't recommend.

Absolutely disgusted what a shower ,lost a fortune then won a 1/4 of my winnings ,24+hrs later no money transfered ,you wanna gamble all your money away and win nothing at all,perfect site ..No bonuses ,zero big payout, and when you do win its under review..And then you get asked for bank statements which is pointless as they've got not intentions of paying you ...How would they feel if you decided that the money you lost was under review ,worst site hands down take take take ...Avoid Avoid Avoid. They are so scammy that you can't even self exclude, once you try to self exclude the page just stays black, a scammy tactic they use to keep u going on the site.
Unfortunately i did not get to withdraw so i dont no what the withdrawal process is like, i suspect just like other foreign sites to the UK, very scammy withdrawal process.
UK players especially please avoid this site and company. Shocking site, doesn't pay and games are laggy.

No problems with this company, fantastic games and withdrawals come straight away. If your using bonus funds then do not bet over 5 pounds else you will lose your winnings. Always read TCs.
