Came without bubble wrap shattered broken. Reordered begged for them to wrap them better. Same exact thing . Then sent video of umboxing at the mailbox. They refund but did not give my shipping fee. Had to keep asking for it. The whole thing was a waste of time, product and very aggravating. They dont even want to wrap your product even though 2 vessels was $13 shipping fee. Wtf? Pathetic seriously..was that bad.
Dream Vessels, Everything arrives broken. They don't even bother to package glass properly. No joke, no bubble wrap on our last big order. Shattered glass. Every order arrives broken. Do not recommend this company. Awful customer service too! Sure they might resend new glass, but those arrive broken too! Round and round we go.
I was lucky enough to find out about Dream Vessels early into my candle making journey and I am certainly hooked. Great customer service and despite the craziness of shipping around the world these days their shipping times are fantastic. Looking forward to any new products they introduce into their line.
