Shady Business
This shop sent me 3 bundles of bounce curl 18,20,20 The 18" bundle was not a full bundle I asked for them to be accountable and make it right or send me a shipping label to send back the hair and receive a refund and they have been giving me a hard time. I am now seeing how bad the reviews are and how shady they are to people. It all makes sense. I paid $600 and don't even have enough hair to get my hair done. I'm still waiting on a return label, and I won't be paying for one because they are the ones who made an error, they expect me to pay to ship the item back. If I don't receive the shipping label, I will absolutely make sure I take this matter too far I have a big TikTok presence I will make sure people are aware of how they operate as a business, and I won't stop either.
