I have the Lens for 3months now and i absolutely love it! It clears out everything and the quality is just insane! Im so glad that i ordered it from Dreeft and not from other brands because i have made some bad experiences with others. They are so kind and respond in time when you have a question or a problem.
Pro Max lense was about 14 days at customs Brussels. I needed to pay an extra 40€ for customs clearance. This was never mentioned on the website Dreeft.

If your parcel remained at customs for around 14 days, it is usually because customs authorities were waiting for the clearance fees and import taxes to be paid before releasing the shipment. Unfortunately, we do not have any control or influence over the customs process or charges applied by your country.
As stated on our website, orders are shipped from Switzerland. Import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees may therefore apply depending on the destination country and local regulations. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inform themselves about potential customs charges before placing an international order.
We are also disappointed that your review is not related to the quality or performance of the product itself, but rather to customs procedures that are entirely outside of our control.
