I was so nervous going into this but from the moment we landed at the airport in Turkey, it felt like princess treatment. Dr Erman had me go through very thorough checks whilst in the hospital to ensure no complications whilst I was at surgery. Now his team- the most amazing, attention detailed nurses I’ve come across in a while. Special shout out to Nurse Beyza my favourite, so gentle and helped us so much at the hospital with things that didn’t even concern her like ordering food.
Other nurses like Gemze and Elif took such good care of me too and that’s just to name a few. The biggest shout out to Rabia the team coordinator, she was everything and more. Illl miss her so much. These people made my experience amazing and I am so grateful. I love my results, I never knew I could look like this.

Top surgeon, top team, top result – grateful!
Dr. Erman is one of the best and most professional surgeons ever. You are in the hands of a very experienced and safe professional. With my minor complication after my surgery I was so well cared for by the nurses, Dr. Erman ak who came to visit me several times a day.
He really knows what he is doing, takes no risks at all and would rather check you 5 times too much than 1 time too little. This gave me a very nice and familiar feeling. I have a tummy tuck and 360 lipo.
Massage from Serpil are so wonderful and lightening and the contact with Rabia is super nice, you can app and call her whenever you want.

Dr Erman and his team are absolutely amazing people they are soooooo supportive and reassuring from start to finish.
I have had surgery many times and this was by far my best experience so far. This was my fourth breast surgery and let me tell you I have never been so happy. I was very scared and nervous due to the past experiences and not having the results I wanted. I really respect Dr Ermans honesty and work he talks you through every detail not just before but also after surgery you know every detail of the procedure and what he has done. He really is a perfectionist which is an amazing quality to have in this profession because trust me not all surgeons are like this from what I know from my past experiences. He really does want you to be happy and have the results you want. I can’t recommend him enough especially for revision breast surgery it’s something he specialises in and knows very well. I will be forever thankful to Dr Erman you have changed my life I can now wear bikinis, tops and dresses that I could never wear before with confidence again. I am beyond happy with my results thank you so much. I look forward to coming back for a tummy tuck.

I have been working with Dr. Erman for about 2 years. As soon as I saw his dedication during the operation room, I decided that it was the right decision and decided to have breast reduction surgery. I had a weight loss process for about 4 months. I lost 25 kilos during this process. He was so careful about the surgery method and size that it was exactly the size I wanted. I can wear low-cut clothes as I want. I returned to my routine life 1 week after the operation. I can say that there was no pain. The process went very well with the attention and care of the nurses in the service. I definitely recommend it.

An Amazing Experience with Dr. Erman and His Incredible Team
From start to finish, my experience with Dr. Erman, his consultant Rahbia, and the entire nursing team has been nothing short of amazing. They made me feel completely at ease, with their warmth, kindness, and professionalism. Their support before and after surgery was exceptional—they took care of everything, from transportation and accommodations to hospital stays and follow-up checkups. Having Rahbia available via WhatsApp for any questions or concerns was incredibly reassuring.
The entire process was smooth and well-organised, and I highly recommend booking directly with Dr. Erman’s team rather than through an agency. The level of care and personal attention I received was outstanding.
Recovery has been surprisingly easy—after the third day, I felt great, with plenty of rest and walking helping me heal. Apart from some swelling and mild discomfort from the side liposuction, everything has been going so well. I was initially nervous about anesthesia, as this was my first surgery, but I woke up with no drowsiness or nausea, which was a huge relief!
Before heading back home, I had my final check-up with Dr. Erman, and I am absolutely in love with my results. Going from sagging breasts to full, perky, and beautifully natural-looking results is truly a dream come true. I was initially worried that my breasts looked smaller post-surgery, but Dr. Erman reassured me that only minimal tissue was removed, mostly skin and fat, and that my natural breast tissue remains intact. He even performed complimentary liposuction to contour my sides, which was such a thoughtful touch! While there’s some swelling and tenderness, I couldn’t be happier.
One thing that really stood out to me was the level of care from Dr. Erman himself. After surgery, he personally came to my room to update my friend who had come with me and reassured her that everything went smoothly. This personal touch made such a difference in my experience.
Dr. Erman was also very honest about my follow-up options—when I asked about achieving more upper pole fullness, he explained why implants wouldn’t be the best choice for me but talked though different options. And honestly right now, I love the results exactly as they are. Going from what I had before to this natural, lifted, and youthful shape is everything I hoped for.
I truly can’t thank Dr. Erman, Rahbia, and the incredible nurses enough. Their care, professionalism, and kindness made this such a positive journey, and I’m beyond happy with my decision. If you’re considering surgery, I wholeheartedly recommend them—you’ll be in the best hands!

Do I Recommend Dr. Ak? Absolutely—without hesitation or reservations!
For those who want details, here’s why:
I was introduced to Dr. Ak through Sarah at Surgery Saviour, a travel companion who assists patients in Istanbul. With her extensive experience seeing various surgeons' post-op results, her recommendation carried weight. At the time, I was looking for tummy tuck, muscle repair, & lipo.
After receiving his name alongside two other surgeons, I began my deep dive. First, I checked his credentials—he’s certified by both the Turkish and European Board of Plastic Surgery. Next, I connected with Rabia, his coordinator. Over two years, she patiently answered my endless questions without ever being pushy—a stark contrast to other coordinators.
Dr. Ak was one of 8 surgeons on my list, but he consistently ranked highest. His tummy tuck scars were precise and low-placed, his pricing was mid-range, and every former patient I independently tracked down had nothing but praise. I found no negative reviews on Google, RealSelf, or TrustPilot, and his social media was free of disgruntled comments.
The Hernia Dilemma During my two-year search, I developed a hernia. Other surgeons dismissed it as a minor issue, but Dr. Ak insisted on reviewing my UK medical records. He recommended involving a general surgeon for safety, even though it meant added cost. While some might see this as a red flag, I saw it as a sign of his integrity. The general surgeon worked alongside Dr. Ak’s team in the same hospital, ensuring a seamless procedure.
The Final Decision
I paid my deposit and prepared for surgery. Traveling with my elderly mother, who has mobility issues, was nerve-wracking. But Rabia arranged a hospital bed for her at no extra cost—an unexpected kindness that meant the world to me.
When I arrived at the hospital, my private nurse, the lovely Beyza, guided me through the process with efficiency and care. Behind every great surgeon is a great team, and Dr. Ak’s was nothing short of exceptional.
The Hospital Stay & Recovery
From the moment I arrived at the hospital, every sign reassured me that I had made the right choice. I even met a woman from South Africa checking out after her tummy tuck with Dr. Ak—she described her pain as manageable but uncomfortable, looking nothing like the horror stories I had read online (which Rabia had wisely warned me to avoid).
I spent two nights at the Rumeli Histansi, where Beyza, Bereket, and Elif took excellent care of both me and my mother. I was regularly checked on, ensuring my recovery was smooth. A memorable moment was when Bereket was lovingly changing my dressings and taking photos for Dr. Ak—only for him to suddenly burst into the room, toss his bag aside, put on gloves, and personally inspect my healing. This attention to detail continued throughout my stay; I saw him twice a day for my two-night hospital stay, plus an additional assessment the day before my operation.
After leaving the hospital, I stayed at Movenpick Living West—less than a ten-minute walk from La Quinta by Wyndham. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel, which made my recovery much more comfortable. My care was then passed on to the incredible powerhouse that is Serpil. Calling her just the “massage nurse” doesn’t do her justice—she did so much more. Each visit from Serpil felt like a healing ritual; she would tighten my corset, check my vitals, ensure my medication was in order, & somehow leave me feeling 70% better every time.
Rabia had assured me that after two nights in the hospital & 4 nights in my recovery stay, I’d be well enough to make the four-hour journey home. Initially skeptical, I booked Turkish Airlines assistance just in case. But after Serpil’s magic hands worked their wonders, I even managed some last-minute airport shopping—perhaps I didn’t need as much assistance as I thought!
On the day I left, Dr. Ak saw me once more, redressing my wounds & meticulously checking the smallest details—yet another testament to his dedication. Now, four days post-op, I’m working from bed, still slightly swollen, & happily milking the sympathy from my other half.
I remain in touch with Rabia & Serpil on WhatsApp for post-op questions (mostly about vitamins so far). I couldn’t be more grateful to Dr. Ak, Rabia, Beyza, Bereket, Serpil, Elif.. The care was exceptional, & I truly believe anyone choosing Dr. Ak will be in the best hands.
The experience was so positive my conservative, god-fearing mother who had accompanied me for support insisted on a consultation before we left!

Boobs of my dreams and the best surgeon in the world
I had an uplift and implant on the 28th February and I honestly can’t begin to express how amazing my experience with Dr. Erman Ak has been. As an anxious person, I was incredibly nervous about the entire process. I am also Nurse in the UK, so I know first hand about the risks involved in surgery especially how scary it can be going abroad which has made me even more anxious, but non the less Dr. Ak and his amazing assistant Rabia have reassured me every step of the way. The nurses are also very kind and caring. Post op since being back in the UK, I have continued to talk with Dr Erman multiple times, he is always quick to respond to any questions I have had and he has continuously checks in on me to check how my healing is going. I feel like I am in very safe hands.
His skill is truly incredible, and my results are absolutely stunning, even after just 9 days. I still can’t believe I have my dream boobs! They actually get better and better each day, the stitching is incredibly neat, the neatest I have ever seen. I’ve done extensive research on Dr. Ak and reached out to many of his patients, which only deepened my trust in him. He’s truly a one of a kind surgeon and he truly cares about your wellbeing and he will not put your health at risk.
He is also incredibly genuine and honest, I was also interested in liposuction and he advised me I would not get a good result due to my skin quality and I really appreciated the honest feedback and turning down doing a surgery on me which he felt would not be in my best interest.
I would recommend him to absolutely everyone, and I will continue to update this review as I heal, but I can already tell that if I ever need any surgery in the future, Dr. Erman Ak will always be my first choice. I trust him wholeheartedly and am so grateful for the care I’ve received and I continue to receive.

I was a bit scared, but thanks to Dr. Erman Ak’s expertise and care, along with the detailed preoperative information he provided, I felt calm and went through the procedure.
