Item not delivered, company ignored request for refund

The second time I ordered from dressy girl I did not receive the item although they say it was delivered. Customer service responded 1x saying they would look into the delivery but they never got back to me. I reached out 2 more times, requested a refund and never got a response. I was home at the time the delivery was supposedly left and it was not there. Even if it was the delivery problem they should make it right. I am now out of my money. I will never buy from them again. Buyer beware.

Best Quince Dress Ever

I was in dire need of a custom dress for my daughter’s 15th birthday which was 2 months before placing my order. I took a gamble on this company-AND I DO NOT REGRET IT. I found Girl Malina to be committed to making every requested detail of my custom dress possible and they provided the best customer experience. I had such a trouble-free experience. They communicated almost daily and responded immediately. The cost was way below other quotes I received. The dress arrived as scheduled-it was a perfect dress and such extraordinary service and attention. I will be using them again!

My daughter is graduating grade 12 this…

My daughter is graduating grade 12 this year. She went on the hunt for a dress. She found dressgirl, girl Malina. She found the dress she loved. We had her measurements taken and I ordered the dress for her. We received the dress yesterday. She couldn’t be more happy. We love the dress. Size is perfect, quality is excellent. Exactly what we were hoping for. Thank you dressgirl.
