I have ordered 4 prom dresses over the last 2 years, 2 needed minimal tailoring. Excellent quality. Highly recommended.

horrible quality and customer service - we ordered a dress for prom which did not look like the dress online. We tried to return it but two months later have yet to do so. The concerns you submit online go unanswered. It's been a nightmare.

I need my money back I keep texting them on Facebook never me back and everything I put the website they say is no longer evailable I will report this website you better tell me what's going on

Do not...I repeat do not buy a dress from this website. Poorly made dresses, the pictures on line to sell their dresses are stolen from other models so tgey can try eplicate the dress. One dress I ordered the hem was uneven, and it looked like a dress from the Adams Family.
The other dress I ordered at the same time the top half of the dress was see through and you could see my daughters bra.

Took over 6 weeks for delivery which the dresses were stuffed in a DSL white plastic wrapped bag left on my doorstep.

I sent the dresses back and now they will not give me a full refund.

We have contacted our credit card company and they are going after the clown show for Fraud.

Do not order from this place!!

A beautiful dress. I am 6 feet tall, 168 pounds. I wear a 32 E or 34 DD, waist is 29.5 inches, hips are 39.5 inches. I usually wear a size 10. I ordered the large and it fits well, though about 2 cm too large in the top. I'm having it altered to fit like a glove. The length is great and I plan on wearing this dress with 4 inch heels for a photo shoot.the dress also fits perfectly - the material is very high quality (does not look cheap in real life) and the dress itself looks 100 x better in real life than in the picture.

The dress was absolutely beautiful. The workmanship far exceeds the modest price! The fit was true to the measurements and the lace-up closure ensured the perfect fit.
The dress was wore for a debutante party and presentation and definitely made a fashion statement! How do you get that much fabric into such a tiny box! Thanks for helping to make our event successful!

I totally hate this company n will never order from them again. The dress didn't look ANYTHING like the online picture the stitching was blue when the dress was red, now im requesting a refund & im not getting a reply email or anything to resolve this issue....buyers beware this online company of "9 years"(which I doubt)sucks

I ordered 4 lilac short dresses for my daughter's quince and they are perfect. That is really an important event in the Latin culture. They are like a small wedding and has cost us thousands of dollars. These 4 dresses are for my daughter's court. I asked them for several real photos because we can not stand the result if we got poor dresses and they were kind enough to send me some in all cute colors. The pictures showed me how they would turn out. I just do research everywhere to see if it is a trustworthy website. I send FB messages, emails and even called them. They are patient and friendly. I was a bit worried when I saw some bad reviews here. But I still want to give them a try because of their customer service. And they were still some good reivews here and on some other places. These dresses are perfect and I recommend anyone who want to order prom or quinceanera dresses to go for it, you won't regret it. And they provide fast delivery too. We got the dresses 3 days ealier than the estimate delivery date.

i ordered my dress about a month and a half before my prom. my friend ordered hers a week before i did and her dress arrived about two weeks before prom. i however didn't receive my dress until TWO DAYS AFTER PROM. this means they would have had plenty of time to get my dress shipped to my location ON TIME. i tried contacting multiple times throughout the month to make sure it would be here on time, i wrote emails and i finally had a reply at like the fifth email saying theywould tell the company to ship it asap. this was a WEEK before prom and it still had not even been shipped!!!!! i payed over $170 for this dresses and ended up having to buy another one the day before prom. i would just like you to see how furious i am with this company and i suggest for them to fix their system because this is outrageous.

I bought the dress about two months before my wedding. I had to alter it a little bit, it was a bit large at the bust, but other than that, it was great. When I went to have it altered, everyone was saying it was beautiful, that it did look good on me.
My husband didn't see it, I hid from him, and honestly I was kind of worried he wouldn't like it.
The day I took it from the seamstress and tried it on, it was perfect. I couldn't have chosen a better dress. Even if I had seen it, I don't think I could have made a better choice.
It fit me wonderfully.
When I put it on the day of my wedding I was extremely happy. It made me feel so good. The fabric is very nice and rich. I chose ivory and wasn't disappointed. As I said before, the perfect choice.
I was reluctant to buy on line, but the reviews were all positive and I also trusted my intuition, and so I went for it.
My husband absolutely loved it. He adored the way I looked. And everyone else at the wedding did.
It is a wonderful dress, the fabric feels nice and the price, well, you can't beat that. Even $2000 dresses are not as beautiful.

I order a dress from here for my prom in 2 weeks. The dress arrived a little earlier from what it had told which was nice but my dress was HORRIBLE. It was barely anything like the picture , the seeming was awful , and it was a different fabric then the picture. I'm very upset and will not be buying ever again from this site. The good reviews were probably from the company itself , don't waste ur money on this site.

As soon as I saw the dress I just knew that I had found the perfect gown to wear to my 18th birthday party. The dress arrived today and once I had unpacked it I knew that I had made the right decision, this was confirmed when I put the dress on, I was instantly transformed from a prince into a beautiful princess! I ordered the dress in a standard size but it fits beautifully and could have been custom fit for me, I recommend going off the sizing given rather than your regular high street size. The material is of a very high quality with a lovely weight of satin used, the embroidery is particularly pretty with just the right amount of sparkle without being too over the top. I ordered the dress in blushing pink as I am wearing it to a party and not as a bride and the shade is delightful, not too pale but a lovely baby pink. The craftsmanship is second to none with no problems to report and the length is a perfect ankle length on me, I'm 5'8", just right for dancing and swishing across the dancefloor. I really don't want to take the dress off and I can hardly wait for my birthday party to see the results of this dress combined with a full makeover, I've got a beautiful pair of satin heels that I'm going to get dyed to match the exact shade of pink of my dress. Now that my gown has arrived it just makes me even more excited for my party and I know that I will definitely be shopping at dressesofgirl.com many more times in the future.

I had my eyes on this dress for years & it was everything I hoped for. I barely had to dance since just walking across the stage was dramatic enough. Custom tailoring was an absolute must for me because the general sizes are for women with NO butt/hips. Absolutely worth the extra money and they allowed you to put in the date of your event. It arrived in plenty of time for me to practice in it. The length was a bit of an issue for dancing since there's a baby train. But for general wear it wasn't a problem. I'm 5'6" & with short heels it was great. It would be even better with the normal 2-2.5" heels. I added straps for the dancing, but the bodice was snug & lined well enough that neither straps nor a bra were necessary.

I would also give zero stars if an option. Where to even start. We ordered a prom dress on their site and paid for expedited shipping, and custom sizing that we had professionally taken. We got the dress nearly one month later, it was the wrong color, sizing was off and the zipper was placed in such a poor place that it was impossible to even put the dress on. I took it to a seamstress who was horrified with the material they had used, the cheapest most awful material available on the market. Worst off is the lace and appliqué had been hot glued on not even sewn!! I email, multiple times tried doing their chat online and they simply will not respond to me. I guess they have my money and that's all they care about. I would highly recommend staying as far away as possible from this company if you remotely care about the item you get. Super low quality in every sense of the word. This company should be ashamed of what they are doing. SCAMMERS

This company doesn't live up to standard and doesn't deliver on time and have a lack of communication I paid an extra $10 for the rush order fee and I never got my dress on time I got it later and they don't do refunds. And take forever to respond to you and aren't helpful at all and need a contact number because the email and ticket thing they have clearly isn't working.

cheap material it was like T-shirt material and the dress came in the wrong color. I will NEVER order from here again and i dont think ANYONE should buy from this website its very cheap material if i could give it 0 i would! and customer service SUCKS there is no person you can call only someone you can email and im pretty sure its a machine not a real person. the dresses dont even look like the stuff on the website at all.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Dresses of Girl for any formal dress needs. I ordered a prom dress for my daughter and it was amazing! After placing the order, there was instant communication to confirm color and I was sent a palate of colors to choose from. The color we chose was a perfect match. The dress arrived on time as promised and needed absolutely no alterations!

I would rate 0 but it's not an option. First, communication with the company was awful. Please notice they don't have a phone number or address. The dress we ordered was nothing like the picture. It was awful. I honestly can't believe that someone finished it, packed it, and sent it off. Do not buy from this company. You will regret it. If you want more information, please email me. Overall, my experience buying off of Dressesofgirl was amazing. It arrived on time, the color was correct, size was correct, and the dress was beautiful. I had a hard time picking a dress because all of the dresses are so pretty. I loved that the website had more color choices than other dress websites. I got just the color I was looking for. Also, the dress was fine quality and didn't disappoint me.
