Hi, Been reviewing your suggestions. I mentioned I don’t like to emphasize my arms- seems most or many have short or sleeveless tops. Also, need suggestions for ‘older girls’, I’m 80!

I like all the options for casual daily wear for women over 70 years old.

I paid under the impression that I would get something as stated. After paying, all I got was a notice saying that the REAL experience begins after 7 days when the REAL fee commences. I want my money back. I was manipulated.

My experience with Dressly has been extremely disappointing and misleading. It took me several days to decide to proceed with the payment, as the cost was already beyond what I can comfortably afford. I selected the 4‑week plan because I believed it would be beneficial, but an additional charge — which I explicitly attempted to decline — was added to my account without my consent.
This unexpected extra R399 placed me in a difficult financial position, as it falls outside my budget. Hidden costs like these are unacceptable, especially for customers who manage strict monthly expenses.
To make matters worse, Dressly now claims they cannot refund the amount, stating that the extra charge was for a “one‑time digital purchase” that is non‑refundable. This was never clearly communicated, and it reinforces the misleading nature of their advertising and payment process.
I will not be using Dressly again, nor will I recommend them. Please be cautious when dealing with Dressly, unless you can afford unexpected and unclear additional costs.

I don’t see my preferences effecting the capsule selections? There is a lot of general information but none tailored to me.

After subscribing, I reviewed the feedback and confirmed my initial concerns. I attempted to cancel the subscription within an hour of signing up.
Initially, I was instructed to complete a 7-day task. Subsequently, I was asked to provide a screenshot. On the third attempt, I was informed that a refund would only be processed after all seven tasks were completed. For the fourth interaction, I had to explain the emotional impact this process was having on my well-being.
I completed the tasks over seven days and once again submitted a screenshot, reiterating the difficulties I experienced with their refund procedure and its effect on me.
My fifth interaction involved an offer of a 50% refund, which I declined, followed by an offer of a 75% refund, which I also declined. While writing this review, I noticed that 75% of my initial payment had been refunded, which I found to be a rather shrewd move on their part.
I suspect that the prompt responses from customer service may be attributed to the use of AI technology. It appears there is a lack of genuine concern.
