Really awful. I hated all of their suggestions. I could have used my time and money more wisely by searching Amazon myself. I asked the Ai stylist for bright, colorful teacher outfits and it gave me navy and brown old lady clothes. What a rip off.

Very frustrating refund process
Very frustrating refund process. They require you to complete certain steps before issuing a refund, but you apparently need to renew your subscription first just to access those steps. It feels like you’re being forced to pay more before you can even request your refund.
