[Order #28993] The order was made on July 13th. Received the wrong package on July 31st. The package was sent back on August 7th and no one picked up. The package was returned to me on August 19th. I sent the package back for the second time and arrived on August 23rd. Today is September 5th and I'm still waiting for a refund including two shipment return fees.

The customer service team is not so responsive. Most of the emails are not answered. Have to follow up every steps. Communication is not effective.

Updated on January 7th 2026, I still have not received my refund.

I bought two pairs of shoes from them in November. They sent me a different size from what I ordered, which I returned, and now, nearly four months later, still have failed to refund me, despite dozens of emails. They keep on promising to “look into it,” with no progress being made.

Unfortunately, the mailservice lost the pakkage wich left Dressnocode and me empty handed. Dressnocode promised me to return the full purchase amount; thats some great service. We are well on the way and I have received 2/3 of the amount.

I moved a couple of years ago to Amsterdam and for me personal it is a great online shop where I can buy my Scandinavian stuff in Holland. The deliveries are fast and one time something went wrong but they solved it correctly.

Good service and nice clothing.

Good experience from Germany. Ordered around 8 times now from this webshop it all times no problems experienced, like that!

This was my worst experience regarding online shopping. A total scam! The company has taken 550 euros from me and I have not received my order or the money back, first they send me a default package and wrong size after I sent it back they refuse to answer the e-mails. This is since December 2015. I have hired a lawyer and will go ahead with this. I want to warn everyone not to commit the same mistake.

Anne is a very nice person, the girl who answers the e-mails.

Do not get stressed if she is late to anwer the e-mails. She will do it anyway.
