Amazing place and services. All the bad reviews here are for a shoes company with a similar name so don’t take them into account!

I tried to get my order changed prior to shipping. Customer services responded to me 12hrs after my request saying my order was already processed and that I would have to wait to receive it and send it back as a return. As it was on the 2 for 1 offer I had to send both pairs back even though I wanted one. The postage back from GB to Spain was £15.

I don’t think I will bother with your brand again. The products are amazing - the customer services/exchange process are poor.

I wasted my money and time on them. Don’t buy anything. You will regret it.

Quality it’s amazing, I love it 😍, this Shoes elevate any outfit, I recommend for winter, it keeps your warm!!!

Why is returning such a pain in the ass.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. 1 pair did not fit me, so I wanted to return it. So their return policy is just annoying. Try to sell it yourself because YOU have to pay to send it back and when you do, they are not accepting my package... so I paid 30 euros for nothing and did not get my money back.

Please do not order from this company. Reported a faulty item. They requested photographs. These were supplied and heard nothing back. I have chased their customer service twice and still nothing. Appalling. Save your money. You think you’re buying quality due to their price point but you are not and you will never get a resolution from Customer Services.

I previously ordered a pair of sunnies. I accidentally ordered the same glasses twice, texted customer service to change the order. The lady was super friendly and sent the confirmation email within 5 mins. Took them a bit to process the order, which I didn’t mind. Yet they still managed to send me a wrong item…. I texted customer service and they literally sent a generated mail saying they won’t do exchanges and I can only sent them back if it s broken (note: on my own expenses). I then explained it once again, but being ignored on all my 4mails!!!. This company is ridiculously cheap

Took over 2 weeks to receive my shoes. No contact from customer service after numerous emails. Shoes arrived looking like they'd been in battle and this company charges you when you return if the boxes are damaged. You also have to pay for return shipping even when they are damaged. Honestly I'm completely horrified by the experience. The shoes look really wide on. Not badly made or anything but just wish I hadn't bothered. Just awful

20 days ago they received my return, no.replies to my emails, no refund

The sunglasses' lenses are branded - with a white print that does not come off. Very disappointed. Shipping was slow. Returns are complicated. Overall bad purchase/experience.

Wallets bad products, don’t buy them

My order come in really Bad condition and only robot answer! After I wrote Bad review here they finally answer and then again when it was obvius that shoes come in Bad condition they didnt answer!! Its Been 4 months!!!!

I ordered on 26th of November and never got an old on my order. I send multiple email trying to understand if they deliver to Norway or not and if not to cancel my order and no answer at all. Just robot answers 😒

Got my glasses which yes took weeks they were nothing like the pictures so sent them back at £11 in shipping cost to myself! Only for the company to reject accepting them when delivered because theyd need to pay custom fees!!! So sent them back to me (which ive still not received) and said resend them with value as €1! Which obviously means if they got lost in transit id be reimbursed €1!!! Absolute joke of a company no one make the same mistake ordering from these thiefs
