I orderd on 16th January, and didnt get no oen cost me £288 pound.
Went through my bank and they waiting to here back from dr franks and said it would be 27th march which is tomorrow, also got en email last month saying dr franks would refund me can take up to 10 days thats was 7th of February am still waiting for my refund back, as I didnt receive my pen.
So frustrating as its alot of money, we will see what happends tomorrow if I receive my refund back of £288 pound.

However, latest medication change they never replied to emails and didn’t send further meds. I have switched providers. Suddenly stopping my medication and not replying to emails is not good patient care.

Using Dr Frank's has mainly been a good experience, the website is fairly easy to navigate and to complete the consultation process as well as ordering my first weight loss injection pen. I did need to telephone call a few times with some questions and this was not very good for a quick response, however it does tell you this when connected. I guess I'm quite old school and do prefer telephone for some things compared to internet. That being said I did communicate via email also and usually had a response within 24 hours. One thing I have noticed is that I've been unable to change my subscription/dose online. It say click this tab but it doesn't work. Obviously it's my first time on this type of treatment so, I've been a bit indecisive through these first few weeks as to whether I wanted to keep the same dose or go up, then changed my mind again. It would have been easier to be able to just change it online. That said I did manage to talk to someone by email. The discounts I'm getting are good.
Overall though a good experience and 4 stars, also I forgot to say the delivery and packaging along with the instructions was good.
