i was hoping for ice lollies... i didnt expect a literal vape

You didn’t pay the postage so I had to pay it twice.

I have been waiting for my package for 11 days and still have not received it

Order placed nearly a week ago and still doesn’t look like it’s shipped.
No response to email asking for update.
Very disappointing. Previous experiences with Dr. Frost have been positive. Not a good experience I’m afraid, can’t recommend.

Delivery was 5 days. Juice are decent subtle flavours but considering its named Dr frost and i ordered all ice varieties....there really wasn't any ice effect? They did send and extra bottle or orange and mango thininwint try this as it wasn't ice but the thought was there.

I had missing items, and no response after emailing customer service!

I gave a 3* rating because of the communication with the company which was literally 0 !!
I opened live chat several times and didn’t get a reply! NOT ONCE!!
I’ve been using Dr frost for last 2 years and you will not get a better tasting liquid ANYWHERE!!
If I was rating the liquid it would definitely be a 5 * but sorry guys your communication skills suck!

still haven’t received my order and just kept being told my order has been fulfilled.

After becoming fairly new to Vapes I tried the Elfbar energy ice and loved the cold throat feeling from it and was using them for 4 weeks. But have been trying to find a more financially friendly alternative to them after a lot of research I came across dr frost which I thought was just what I was looking for. I proceeded to by the energy ice and the blue raspberry aswel from dr frost and can honestly say I am very disappointed. No cold feeling not really any flavour so when you exhale all it is like is a syrup shot. I have tried the juice in 4 different types of vapes and still can’t get any flavour or the mythical ice blast. I don’t know if it is just a bad batch but I can’t see me purchasing it again just to find out. So the search continues until Elfbar release their juice which hopefully won’t be too long now as it has been confirmed it is happening soon.

Only tried the strawberry ice at first and was my favourite juice out there, moved to a different area and couldn’t get any of this brand anywhere so bought offline and now I got my regular juice delivered to me, tried cherry ice now aswell and both very nice.. Highly recommend this brand and juices 5*

Do not buy at this company... u have to pay alot extra, wait much longer than expected for arrival and on arrival u pay extra for the parcel. The communication is pure awfull at their website......0 rating for me
