Very expensive with promises of getting to the root cause of my health problems
After spending all my savings
.£4000 I am no nearer a resolution
Was told to buy expensive supplements to which I'm sure they receive a commission which did nothing at all
This is a money making operation out of people's health fears and the failed nhs system
If you want to be told to eat more healthy and drink loads of water then this is the place for you and empty your bank in the process...or Google healthy eating for nothing!!

Our approach is focused on taking a detailed, individual view of each person's health, which can sometimes take time and adjustment to identify underlying factors and develop the most appropriate support plan. Prior to any commitment being made, we hold a thorough discovery call with every patient in which we are explicit about the nature of Functional Medicine, the complexity of their individual case, and the fact that outcomes cannot be guaranteed. We do this precisely because we want every patient to make a fully informed decision before proceeding.
With regard to supplements, the clinic receives a small commission from some providers, which is disclosed within our Terms of Engagement before patients choose to proceed with any treatment recommendations. However, any recommendations made are based solely on clinical grounds on what we genuinely believe may support an individual's needs and never for financial gain. As part of this arrangement, patients also benefit from a discount on their purchases. Patients are always free to decide whether to proceed with any recommendations and where they choose to purchase supplements.
We also want to gently address the figure mentioned in this review. Our records indicate that the total cost of consultations with our clinic was under £1,000. As clearly outlined in our Terms of Engagement, laboratory testing and supplements are separate costs paid directly by patients to independent third-party providers not to our clinic. Full cost transparency is something we are committed to from the outset, and every patient receives this information before any care begins
We recognise that not every recommendation works in the same way for every person, and outcomes can vary significantly depending on the individual and their circumstances. We value all feedback sincerely, and we wish you well in your continued health journey.
